that's what I find too. I get into these terrible cycles where I go to bed at 2200, and wake up at 0200. So the next day I'm knackered, fall asleep at 2100, up at 0100. Normally resolves itself with me crashing out unconscious and sleeping the whole night after four days or so, because I eventually got sick of the whole thing and stayed awake all night.

I fell asleep at 8pm on Monday night, I was shattered. Slept through till 6.40am which is when my alarm goes off. I was still tired at work.

My ideal bedtime would be 10pm but I'm crap at going to bed and it I usually gets pushed a lot later whilst I faff around doing God knows what. I normally get to sleep for 11 - 11.30 and I'm up at 6.40 and at work for 7.50 (my commute to work is 5 minutes)
