Paid Members tiger_rick Posted October 10, 2018 Paid Members Share Posted October 10, 2018 What good stuff you been buying recently? Max £20, no fucker wants to hear about your BMW 😆 I just bought some bluetooth headphones for £12 off amazon and absolutely love them. They're big ones so I probably look ridiulous but often have no pockets at the gym so my wired ones were a pain. Not having wires is so liberating! Also found that having the big headphones blocks out lots more shit gym music and my podcasts sound much better. Love, love, love them.
TildeGuy~!
I got an Echo Dot for £15 off Amazon a few weeks ago, having tons of fun with it.
Paid Members Bus Surfer Posted October 10, 2018 Paid Members Share Posted October 10, 2018 A £7 phone camera tripod. Really makes capturing my skating stuff super easy. £3 electric whisk. Purely just to make my misses cheapo Cappuccino's. She really likes them so it's a win win.
Moderators Chest Rockwell Posted October 10, 2018 Moderators Share Posted October 10, 2018 I bought some bluetooth headphones a little while back myself, @tiger_rick, because it was cheaper than fixing the broken headphone jack on my phone. It really is so liberating! I never knew how much I wanted it until I had it.
Paid Members Cod Eye Posted October 10, 2018 Paid Members Share Posted October 10, 2018 Which ones did you get @tiger_rick? I'm still looking for some cheap yet decent headphone for listening to podcasts and ebooks...
Paid Members Scott Malbranque Posted October 10, 2018 Paid Members Share Posted October 10, 2018 Poundlands' Number 6 collagen filler. Magnificent stuff. Also Old Spice Odor Blocker Body Washed Shower Gel and Deodorant for €3.00 I also got the Predator and Predator 2 movie novelisations off Amazon. Both for €2.00. Considering the latter sells for £80+, I'd say that's a cracking deal.

Also they're great for watching/playing stuff on your laptop/tablet/phone whilst the other half watches her dirge on the telly. It really is liberating. No more unplugging them to walk around the house, no more tangled messes, NO MORE WIRES TO CATCH A DOOR KNOB THAT THEN RIPS THE BUDS FORCEFULLY FROM MY EARS. 1 hour ago, Cod Eye said: Which ones did you get @tiger_rick? Worth every penny of the 18 quid; https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B073CCHKMN/ref=s9_acsd_zgift_hd_bw_bH8tD_c_x_w/261-2517827-1830230?pf_rd_m=A3P5ROKL5A1OLE&pf_rd_s=merchandised-search-3&pf_rd_r=J5F03Z8RZ2PEKGK55QPD&pf_rd_r=J5F03Z8RZ2PEKGK55QPD&pf_rd_t=101&pf_rd_p=c147be4b-5294-5a62-9064-51e5b50ace45&pf_rd_p=c147be4b-5294-5a62-9064-51e5b50ace45&pf_rd_i=4085751
Guest
Bought a bag of Starburst this morning for a pound. Haven't opened them yet, but I know they're good. Had them before.
Rey_Piste
A bacon, sausage and egg baguette for £4.50 with a cup of coffee for breakfast. The baguette was about the length and girth of my forearm.
Paid Members tiger_rick Posted October 10, 2018 Author Paid Members Share Posted October 10, 2018 Been having soup a lot recently. Pain in the arse at work because we've only got bowls to heat it in and carry it while burning yourself to death. Picked up a soup mug in home bargains. It's got a lid so it doesn't splash, an air hole so it doesn't explode and handle so you can carry it without second degree burns. SEVENTY-NINE PENCE! Robbed them. Rey_Piste
I use one of those massive cappuccino mugs. You can fit a big carton of Covent garden soups no worries.

Paid Members Accident Prone Posted October 10, 2018 Paid Members Share Posted October 10, 2018 I also have one and they're essential. Soups, stews, casseroles, broths, pasta and sauce, any leftovers from last nights dinner. Great shout.
