It’s a little over the wordcount because of headings, bracket listings etc. I apologise profusely and hope you understand.

King of the Ring

Week 1: Raw
GM and former King Kurt Angle announces the return of KING OF THE RING!
Competitors will be drawn randomly across Raw and SmackDown and can appear on both shows for the duration.
Titleholders will defend titles in the Tournament - the King will hold multiple gold. Titles will be unified and defended across both shows (most of them don’t mean much these days so won’t be a big miss).
And they get to sit on this throne while they reign over WWE.

It’s made of iron.

Aleister Black, with new silver-blonde hair, makes his debut, beating Baron Corbin and declaring he will be crowned as the rightful king.

Bracket A:
Seth Rollins / Jeff Hardy
Dolph Ziggler / Roman Reigns
Dean Ambrose / AJ Styles
Chad Gable / John Cena

Bracket B:
Miz / Daniel Bryan
Harper / Sheamus
Andrade Almas / Braun Strowman
Aleister Black / Drew McIntyre

Week 1: SmackDown
Andrade Almas beats Randy Orton and takes the nickname Viper for himself. He also starts wearing red.

A delegation of tournament competitors from Raw visit. Roman Reigns greets AJ Styles as an old friend. Rollins and Ambrose look less pleased. Ambrose tells AJ not to trust anyone - they all want the throne. Dolph Ziggler and Drew McIntyre sneer in the background.

Outside, Harper is training in the snow. He runs into Sheamus, wearing his old crown.

They start battering each other in the snow.

Backstage, cameras are trying to track down Jeff Hardy. Meanwhile, Braun Strowman towers over a lone Zelina Vega, terrifying her.

R1, Match 1: Aleister defeats McIntyre.
Ziggler is outraged and berates McIntyre all the way backstage, until Chad Gable interrupts and slaps Ziggler in the face. McIntyre lets it happen.

R1, Match 2: Dean Ambrose cheats to defeat AJ Styles and WIN the WWE Championship. Styles, the honourable man, is done. “I told you not to trust me”, says Ambrose.

Backstage, Strowman kidnaps Zelina! He’s like a mountain compared to her. Andrade is FURIOUS.

The cameras find Jeff, who has climbed up to the top of the arena. He overhears Ambrose and Rollins plotting to overthrow Reigns, and use Ziggler to ensure one of them wins the tournament! Rollins spots Hardy. “The things I do for brotherhood”, he says, and the Kingslayer pushes Jeff off the top:

Rip_shane.jpg

Week 2: Raw

R1, Match 3: Rollins advances as Hardy is unable to compete.

R1, Match 4: ‘The Mountain’ Braun Strowman beats The Red Viper. Almas almost wins but takes too long, screaming “you scared her! You abducted her! SAY HER NAME!” allowing Strowman to cinch in a crushing HEAD VICE and win.

Outside, Sheamus and Harper are still fighting, but a friendship has formed.

R1, Match 5: Dolph Ziggler beats Roman Reigns to WIN THE UNIVERSAL TITLE when Ambrose and Rollins ‘accidentally’ assist Dolph. Reigns is down and his ‘family’ turn on him! Ambrose attacks afterwards, but Rollins hesitates. His duty to Roman... but he follows Dean. Ziggler acts like an entitled evil little blonde bastard. Backstage, Gable looks on.

Week 2: SmackDown

John Cena comes out for a promo. Styles is done. Reigns is done. That means he, as the most decorated champion ever, is rightful king and champion. The throne is his. Rollins and Ambrose come out and mock him.

Sheamus and Harper train together. Rowan looks on enviously.

Ziggler and McIntyre confront Gable and tell him he’d better beat Cena.

In a non-tournament match, Aleister Black beats Shinsuke Nakamura and WINS the US TITLE. “I was born in a storm”, he says afterwards, “and Braun Strowman, I’m coming to take what is mine”. The flame pyro lights up onstage and he walks through it. He is unburnt.

R1, Match 6: In a No DQ feud ender, Miz defeats Daniel Bryan.
Bryan comes out with loads of YES Movement fans.

bryanyes.jpg

During the match... the lights go out. A lone violinist plays The Shield’s music. And not a soul to hear... lights go back on and THE FANS ALL ATTACK BRYAN. BETRAYAL! Miz takes a final shot - “The Shield send their regards” - and pins a destroyed Bryan.

Week 3: Raw

Ziggler comes out to mock Cena. Cena takes the bait but McIntyre protects Dolphey. Ziggler makes fun of Gable and calls him “half man”

R1, Match 7: Gable beats Cena through tactics and cunning. Cena raises his hand then heads off to see his Red Woman Nikki Bella.

R1, Match 8: Harper beats Sheamus. They smash each other. Afterwards Rowan appears, takes out Sheamus and chokeslams Harper. “For the Bludgeons!” He does it again, again, again. Harper is dead.

Backstage, Miz lords it over Bryan like an evil, vicious cunt. He’s stuck a goat head on someone in a Bryan t-shirt and hired Kane as his manservant, only he calls him Smell. Smell, Smell, it rhymes with Hell.

Bray Wyatt discovers Harper’s body and uses his magic lantern to bring Harper back from the dead.

Bray-Wyatt-holding-lantern.jpg

R2:
Rollins / Ziggler
Ambrose / Gable

Miz / Harper
Black / Strowman

Week 3: SmackDown

R2, Match 1: Aleister chops down the Mountain and defeats Strowman! Aleister’s brought these three

wearing dragon costumes. The new Lucha Dragons are his children.

Miz is being a cunt. Resurrected Harper calls him a bastard and awaits their battle.

R2, Match 2: Ambrose defeats Gable. Ziggler is at ringside berating Gable constantly. Afterwards, Ambrose and Ziggler attack Gable. Ambrose makes Rollins join in. McIntyre does not participate.

From the rafters, Jeff Hardy watches. He’s painted a third eye on his forehead.

Week 4: Raw

Ziggler twattishly cosies up to The Shield. They present him with Roman’s old vest; Dolphey’s one of the family now! He’s so chuffed, and has no idea they’re using him. He tells McIntyre to fuck off. McIntyre tells him to fuck himself.

R2, Match 3: Harper beats Miz. Afterwards he throws Miz to the dogs - Bryan, Sheamus, Kane - who tear him apart and celebrate with Harper... their king!

Seth catches Dean chatting to Strowman about future plans. Don’t trust him, Seth!

R2, Match 4: Rollins defeats Ziggler. After a ref bump, Gable appears and chokes Ziggler out. Nobody helps. He goes PURPLE. PURPLE. Gable eventually lets go, runs away and Seth reluctantly covers the unconscious Ziggler. New Universal champion.

Semis:
Rollins / Ambrose
Harper / Black

Week 4: SmackDown

Gable joins up with Black, who also meets Harper. They agree that whoever progresses, they MUST defeat the Shield. There are bigger things at stake than their own glory.

R3, Match 1: Black defeats Harper. He tells The Shield he will beat them with fire and blood.

Jeff Hardy turns up with three eyes talking nonsense about seeing through time or something. Willow is coming.

R3, Match 2:
Ambrose comes out with STROWMAN. Seth’s been fucked over!
Dean uses a green fireball to blind Rollins and WINS. TRIPLE CROWN CHAMPION. Seth is sacrificed for Dean’s own ambition. Next stop, the throne.

PPV

FINAL: Aleister and his army of allies, including Rollins, defeat Ambrose (with Strowman) to win ALL FOUR TITLES AND BECOME THE TRUE KING OF THE RING.

He sits with all his belts on the iron throne

HBK's Return

*****************************************************

Super Showdown – Shawn Michaels referees The Undertaker vs. Triple H. In a great match, Triple H eventually succeeds. All three guys do another, “End of an Era,” walk up the ramp together and then aren’t seen for a couple of months.

489c6-1534790325-800.jpg

The Night after Royal Rumble – It’s announced a few weeks earlier that there’ll be an “End of an Era,” celebration on Raw involving The Undertaker. Rumours run wild that he’s retiring. In the final segment, The Undertaker comes out. Taker talks about losing to Hunter at Super Showdown and looking at himself in the mirror for the past few months, realising that, much like Shawn, he too should respect the business and take a step back. It’s with a heavy heart that The Undertaker announces that he himself will now Rest…..In…..

SIERRA HOTEL INDIA ECHO LIMA DELTA…SHIELD.

Entrance.gif

The Shield make their way through the crowd, interrupting The Undertaker. Surrounding the ring, they immediately attack The Undertaker. All hell breaks loose, with all the roster running out to save Taker, only for the Shield to constantly beat everyone down. They tear the ring apart, put Taker through the announce table, shove Michael Cole out of his seat, chase Renee backstage, the whole lot. Super heavy heel turn angle. The show goes off the air with them smugly returning to the crowd and leaving how they came.

maxresdefault.jpg

Raw the following week gives The Shield time to explain their actions. They’ve sat quietly for years listening to people boo Roman, who’s here every single week busting his arse. Meanwhile, these idiots cheer and clap these old guys who show up once a year and get treated like heroes. Roman gets to finally tell the fans to get fucked. He did everything he could to get their cheers but now he’s realised they’re not worth his time or effort. It’s now The Shield’s yard, they’re the legends of this company and nobody is telling them what to do anymore.

5f42c-1523379645-800.jpg

For the next few weeks The Shield run roughshod, smashing everyone backstage and in six man tags. They look unstoppable.

The Raw after Elimination Chamber, Triple H opens the show acting as the WWE COO to try and get a handle on things. The Shield attack him too in another heavy angle. Hunter bleeds, he goes through the table, and then The Shield go running through the crowd as the roster empties to save Triple H.

The following episode of RAW features an interview via video link of Hunter at Titan Towers, covered in bruises and cuts, saying he has a plan that he’s working on. Later on in the show Michael Cole explains that they’ve obtained some cell phone footage from earlier that day of someone entering Titan Towers, presumably to meet with Hunter. It appears to be Shawn Michaels. The show ends with the announcers wondering what’s going on.

WWE-HQ.jpg

The week after they show footage of Shawn Michaels being interviewed in the street by a TMZ-style reporter. They’re hoping to get confirmation of the rumoured sightings of Shawn at the Performance Centre, training in the ring with Hunter rather than just coaching the rookies. Shawn says he’s got no comment at this time.

nxt_arriv_exclu_hbk_01--d31717ea41769e8a

The next week they shoot the big angle. The Shield come down and say they’re sick of being treated like second class guys. They’ve destroyed this roster since reuniting after Summerslam, They want to know their Wrestlemania opponents NOW.

Hunter’s music hits. He comes out to the ring in jeans and taped hands. Then Taker’s music hits and he comes out taping up his hands. Then finally Shawn’s music hits and he’s ready for a fight too. Hunter, Shawn and Taker surround the ring the same way The Shield usually do, slowly climbing up onto the apron….and then a wild brawl ensues! Brawling all around the arena, the show goes off the air with police and security trying to break everyone up. As he’s dragged away, Roman spits in Shawn’s face.

The following week it’s announced for Wrestlemania. The Shield vs. Triple H, Shawn Michaels and The Undertaker. No Holds Barred. Shawn comes out for his big return speech. For years he didn’t come back out of respect for The Undertaker. Out of respect for this business. Out of respect for Triple H. But after seeing these three pricks attack his peers, disrespect everything that’s come before them, enough is enough. The Showstopper is back. Mr. Wrestlemania is back....and boys…be careful what you wish for! During a backstage interview where he’s beaming with happiness about the reception his return got, The Shield attack Shawn from behind. After taking a bit of a beating in the parking lot, Hunter eventually comes to make the save. The Shield run off into the night as the announcers describe them as a pack of dogs.

maxresdefault.jpg

YxDnBTx.png

The next few weeks consist of footage of Shawn recuperating and training to return.

maxresdefault.jpg

Bg5Jm8CIMAAi1V8.jpg:large

In the meantime, The Shield continue to dominate all competition. The go-home show features promos from all involved, pushing how this is the biggest Six Tag Match in history. Roman closes the go-home promo saying every single time he punches one of these has-beens he’s going to be imagining he’s punching every fan that’s ever booed him.

I was going to describe the video package they'd air, but then decided, "fuck it," and went and made it myself. Hope this isn't cheating.

Wrestlemania is a wild brawl akin to those Evolution vs. Shield matches. Fighting all around the arena, Shawn, Taker and Hunter hitting all of their spots, Seth jumping off a balcony, the lot. In the end though, Shawn tunes up the band….goes for sweet chin music…..and the new top heel in Roman spears him before he can connect, winning to a chorus of boos! Roman goes on to call himself Mr. Wrestlemania like a smug prick.

It’s a very special edition of Monday Night Raw, this marks 3 months since Baron Corbin became Acting General Manager of the brand, and he is on a quest to prove that he is the best possible leader with Kurt Angle’s return from Vacation lingering like a spectre.

 Baron-Corbin-984103.jpg

Team Raw (himself, Seth Rollins, Dean Ambrose, and Kevin Owens accepts the challenge of Team Smackdown whoever they turn out to be.   Second announcement, live from the UK 2 weeks before Survivor Series, Raw will have an “Best of the Best” series, basically a tournament with the best WWE have to offer, people who have had championship gold over the past 12 months.   There will be qualifiers for 5 of the spots, but the final three spots go to the tag team champions and the Interncontinental champion.   The winner gets a Universal Championship Match in December.

 dean-ambrose-and-seth-rollins.jpg

Dean Ambrose wants to participate in the tournament, but isn’t allowed due to his lack of gold in the last year.   Ambrose asks Rollins for a shot at the IC title, guaranteeing a place, Rollins accepts but wait – Corbin doesn’t want his survivor series team fighting each other.   Instead he offers Rollins and Ambrose a shot at Macintyre and Dolph Ziggler for the tag team titles.   If they win, the final vacant place will go to Strauman or Ziggler in a way to be determined.

Its face off time – but wait!   Those Sneaky Smackdown Devils pick that point to make an invasion, resulting in a no contest, and no victory for Ambrose and Rsd-invasion-696x391.jpgollins.

Live from the UK it’s the “Best of the Best” series.   Our first round match is current tag team champion Dolph Ziggler vs IC Champ Seth Rollins.   Rollins has Ambrose’s back and comes out with him.   During the match, there is a ref bump and BRAUUUUUUUUUUUUUNNNN comes out.   Ambrose goes to the ramp.   And then steps aside and watches while Strauman lays waste to Rollins.

After the match, Rollins confronts Ambrose, who just says that he thought he saw Drew Macintyre stalking on the top of the ramp.   Ambrose offers a half-arsed apology.   Rollins says after survivor series, they are done.

 960.jpg

Survivor series comes around again, and its Corbin, Owens and Ambrose vs Samoa, Sinshue Nakumura, Bobby Roode and Daniel Brian.

It comes down to the Shield lads and Joe and Nakumura.  The two heels work over Rollins, while Ambrose marches up and down on the outside, seemingly unsure about what path to take.   Finally, he turns around jumps on the apron and encourages Rollins to make the tag.   He does Ambrose leaps into the ring…

…and promptly walks out again, getting counted out, and leaving Rollins to suffer a beatdown.

The next night on Raw, Rollins is out with injuries, but Ambrose explains his actions.   He hates Seth Rollins, every success that he’s had has been off of his back.   He was the best part of the shield all along, he was the one that won the tag team championships for him, and helped him get the Intercontinental title back.   Ambrose needs to be Universal champion, and the one time that he needed Seth’s help, he didn’t get it.   That’s the future now, everything Rollins gets, Ambrose is going to destroy starting with the intercontinental championship.

Next week on Raw, Rollins comes out to address the issues.   Before he can even pick up a microphone, Ambrose comes down and starts fighting with him.   It’s a good old fashioned pull apart brawl.

The following week, Corbin is looking to smooth things over with Stephanie after losing at Survivor Series.   He unveils a crystal bust of Stephanie that he will present to her later that night.   An Intercontinental title defence goes awry, and Ambrose and Rollins fight all the way into the backstage area   Ambrose throws a chair in the GM’s office, Rollins ducks, and the chair smashes the bust.   They keep on fighting, with police, referees and the whole caboodle involved.

Corbin is furious.   Its bad enough that these two cost Raw the big win at Survivor Series, now they’ve just destroyed a priceless statue that’s going to get him in hot water with Stephanie.   It has to stop.   At TLC, Rollins will face Ambrose in a ladder match for the Intercontinental title.   The loser will leave Monday Night Raw.

TLC Comes around, and although the match is a ladder match, a great wrestling match quickly disintergrates into a brawl as Ambrose can’t get Rollins to stay down.   Finally, Rollins mounts a comeback, and starts to beat Ambrose up with a Kendo stick.  Finally Ambrose raises his hands saying that he’s done and points up to the belt telling Rollins to take it.  Rollins lowers the kendo stick for a second, Ambrose goes into his back pocket and sprays mace into Seth’s eyes.    Ambrose climbs the ladder and takes the IC belt.

 dean-ambrose-image.jpg

On the pre show at the NXT Takeover Phoenix before the Royal Rumble, Seth Rollins is on the panel.   He announces that he’s just signed to Smackdown, and he’s going to be in the audience to watch the show tonight.

 zahra-schreiber.jpg

Half way through the show, a furious Ambrose in street clothes attacks Rollins.   During the Rumble itself, Ambrose is in the final 5, but Rollins comes in and sends him over the top rope.

On his first Smackdown show, Rollins says that he’s done with Ambrose and his putting his career back on track tonight   He qualifies for the Smackdown Elimination chamber match, wins, and is crowned new WWE Champion.

Now Ambrose is truly angry.    He’s the person chiefly responsible for Ambrose being WWE Champion.   Now he starts attacking Rollins on Smackdown, and during a brawl they hit a truck and the live feed is lost from Smackdown for five seconds

 Testcard_F.jpg

Now Vince is furious, and at Wrestlemania, books them both into a loser leaves WWE Cage match, Once again, it’s a high impact match, and it has shades of their TLC encounter where Ambrose begs for his life.   This time, Rollins doesn’t even hesitate and hits Ambrose in the head   He climbs the cage, winning vindication, ending Dean Ambrose once and for all…

6 months later, at all In 2, the lights go dark after a successful title defence by Cody Rhodes  When the lights go up, they are interrupted by a barbed wire bat wielding John Moxley.

So I'm a little over, but I think it's warranted for ease of reading...I present to you:

A new chapter?

For weeks now, AOP have been running roughshod over all “local talent”, wherever they go. With the inimitable Drake Maverick behind them, it looks like they are unstoppable.

This week, a “step up” in class, the former champs, the B-Team. [and an excuse to post Battle Scars]

Standard squash ensues, Axel on the shoulder, about to be slammed. By sheer luck, his boot catches Bo's shoulder and the ref calls a tag. Rezar gets in, and we got a bar room brawl! Akam continues his beatdown of Axel, and Rezar whales on Bo. Ref gets involved for a break and Rezar shoves him “clean across the ring”. DQ, B-Team win. Akam is helped to his feet by Drake and faces off with Rezar, Drake calming things.

Later on in the night, Corbin calls Drake into the office.

“You got to choose. What's more important to you? 205Live, or being a manager?”

Related image

“Whaddyamean! They're both important”

“Well, I've been speaking with Stephanie, and she believes you need to choose one or the other. She doesn't want you neglecting your duties, managing these [dismissive]...'superstars'”

Akam and Rezar step in front of Drake, facing down Corbin, who pushes past, to find an open door, and no Drake.

205 Live – Drake handed envelope, opens it, reads it, tears it up in a fit of rage, muttering under his breath

RAW: Stephanie in the ring, calls out Drake. Demands an answer. Drake demands a title shot for his boys in return for relinquishing the Gmship. Stephanie refuses. Drake points to the tron. A shot from the back shows AOP have Corbin pinned to the wall. Steph agrees, then suspends AOP til the PPV.

In the following weeks, Drake continues to pop up, costing non title matches for Ziggler and Drew.

AoP jump Ziggler at the bell, quick double team. Ziggles fighting hard, help from Drew, Drew gets the tag and Akam tags Rezar. The two big boys clash, boo yay. Drew gets upper hand from eye poke, Drake on the apron, steaming, grabs the refs shirt...OUT OF HERE!

Commentary team big up the controlling influence being gone, and if Pandora's box has been opened?

Minutes later, all four men going at it, brawl to outside, Akam gets Ziggles back in for the pin...broken by Drew close. Drew and Akam brawl back to outside. Rezar locks in an americana. Leg to rope. Rezar refuses to release, screaming in Albanian and wrenching. Bell rings. Akam tries to release, Drew tries to break it. No luck. Steph appears shoving Drake down the ramp. Rezar releases with a roar. Jojo announces winners by disqualification, Ziggler and Drew, Akam upset and gets in Rezar's face...Drake tries to split...BOOM! Akam goes down straight right. Facing hard cam, Drake stands shocked and slowly starts to grin, before egging Rezar on and berating Akam, through the officials and agents filling the ring+ – Finlay and Noble take bumps.

Next night on RAW – Akam and Rezar will address what happened.

Akam and Renee:

Visibly bruised, physically and emotionally, he speaks about his call up to NXT, joining forces with Rezar, Paul Ellering was the father figure who helped them grow into the force they were. Then the call to come up to the main roster, and due to circumstances, Ellering couldn't join them and sent them off into the big leagues. He talks about his childhood in Canada and his Sikh heritage and pride. How he always wanted to make it big, and show his talents, through his amateur wrestling career, before being scouted and hired by WWE.

Renee moves the interview onto their recent alliance with Drake Maverick.

Akam says he may be small, but speaks with a silver tongue, promising his aptitude would bring them to the highest heights, but he instead used them as protection for himself, Drake's inadequacies being compensated by the two of them. In the end, Drake showed his true colours as a snake, with the venomous bite, and pledges to get his redemption against Drake, via Rezar; demanding a match. One on one. No one else. Four walls of steel. Cage match. Corbin, eager to get one back at Drake, immediately sanctions it for the next PPV.

Over the next few weeks, we have video packages on Akam, showing his amateur background, his training regime, his pure desire to beat Rezar and Drake. In-ring promos from Drake, vilifying Akam as a weak minded fool. Proclaiming that before he came along, AoP were drifting along, cast off from their “father”, who didn't care about them.

Drake accepts.

PPV: Rezar enters first with Drake, Akam enters, halfway to the ring before pausing, pulling out a mic. “You think I'm stupid to come alone against you and that snake...” “OHHHHHH WHAT A RUSH!!!!!!”

Through a cloud of smoke appears a silhouette of a chopper...with a roar of the enging, Precious Paul appears on a custom Harley, carrying a large tome, almost running Drake over, Drake scrambling and flailing to get out of the way, ending up over the barrier in the expensive seats. With the confusion at ringside, Akam gets the jump on Rezar, waistlock takedown to rear mount, the early advantage. With Paul preaching the gospel with the Book of Pain aloft, the two men go toe to toe, heavy punches, until Drake distracts Akam, fiddling with the door and locking it shut, despite the protestations and attempted interference from Paul. Long enough for Rezar to land a cheap shot and shoot Akam into the support beam, busting the eyebrow and letting the juice flow. Several near falls, Rezar becoming more and more frustrated. Akam starts his comeback, singularly focused now and with a single target. His amateur skills on show, wearing down the Albanian Psycho, before locking in a Payne Killer of his own. Drake at this point is beet red and bouncing around like a kid at Disneyland after RedBull and Smarties. Akam releases, walks to the door, as Drake grins like a loon and taps his temple. Camera behind Akam, showing Paul coming into shot behind Drake........The Book of Pain, across the shoulders, is enough to quiet the noise.

Image result for the book of pain paul ellering

Paul stands at the base of the steps, raises the Book, and urges Akam to use his power. With a guttural growl, Akam grasps the door and wrenches it clear of the cage. Slowly, deliberately, into the aura of Precious Paul, Akam walks, ending the match. Redeemed and reunited, Akam is destined to a monster singles run

This ended up at exactly 1000 words before image links. I had to cut 650 words - jeez it was tough!

Who's The Daddy?

OCTOBER
Super Show-Down:
Melbourne’s Buddy Murphy becomes new Cruiserweight Champion. In front of 100,000 Aussies, Renee Young asks Murphy how he feels. “This is only a stepping stone. Another thing to check off the list. Now - I move onto real business… and I sure as hell don’t need this.” Murphy THROWS the Cruiserweight belt to the canvas! The Aussies go wild!

story18_zps5yfl5ws7.jpg

Raw, sit-down interview:
Cole: “Why did you disrespect the title?
Murphy: “I didn't. I proved a point - I'm too good for that division. I was too good for NXT, and 205 Live. Now I'm where I'm supposed to be. Growing up, I was encouraged to be the best I can be. Mum taught me everything. Dad wasn’t around. He doesn't even know I exist. Well guess what - I know who he is. Mum was 18, traveling and stupid. But it’s done now. I'm on this path for a reason. I'm on a mission to be the best - and that means being better than my father. Time is against me - and I don't plan on wasting a second.”
Cole: "Who’s your father?"
Murphy: "Doesn't matter. He's not around anymore. It's about me now."

Murphy racks up wins, any means necessary, fast-tracking to the top. The day after Evolution, Alexa Bliss sees Murphy. She’s down, having lost to Trish Stratus. “I’ve been meaning to speak to you.” She likes his new confidence, and needs some of that back.

NOVEMBER
Bliss assists Murphy - commentators are unsure if it’s just business. He earns a spot in the Survivor Series Intercontinental Six-Pack Challenge but doesn’t win.

story1_zps2xbfe0yk.jpg

DECEMBER
Murphy goes on a mini—losing streak but against tough opponents. Over brunch, Bliss wants to know what drives Murphy. "I've had my own parent issues. I can relate. Maybe I can help.” Alexa kisses Murphy. “Alright,” he says. “I’ll tell you everything.” He takes her hand and they walk off. Later, Murphy asks her to dinner but she's standoffish. "I'm tired. Next time, okay?"

NEW YEAR'S EVE
Alexa: “I'm glad you told me. I've got you a late Christmas present. I've invited your father to Raw next week."
Murphy: “WHAT?! I don't want this."
Alexa: “Trust me! Get it out your system, say what you gotta say - everything will get better. And we can move on. Together.”
Murphy sighs.

JANUARY
The pair are in the ring surrounded by “who’s your daddy?” chants.
Alexa: "I know you aren’t sure about this. But it's for the best."
Murphy shrugs. “Bring him out then.”
Alexa: “Ladies and gentlemen… Buddy Murphy’s father.”

Murphy gets it all off his chest. He insinuates Jericho spent his entire career sleeping around, and it all started at 18 in creating Buddy Murphy. “I’m the original Junior, junior, and with Alexa by my side, I won’t just emulate you - I’ll surpass you.”

Jericho’s not paying much attention. He plays with his phone and at one point takes a swig from a hipflask.

Jericho: “Alexa by your side, huh… well, you’re right. I’ve done some stupid things. But I’ve also done great things. One of them is standing right next to you, buddy.”

Jericho points at Alexa.

"I'm also HER daddy, daddio!"

The crowd gasps! Alexa turns to Murphy, smirks, and boots him in the balls! Jericho forearm smashes and batters Murphy to the ground. "You'll never be me! You're not in my league, junior!" Jericho hugs Alexa, and father and daughter(!) walk off.

JANUARY 14th
Alexa: “I knew Chris was my father all along. I didn't make a big deal out of it. But how did you think I got from NXT valet to multiple champion so easily? Despite size and inexperience, I was catapulted to the top. It's not what you know… When Buddy told me about Chris, I had to do something. I knew he was gonna ruin my position by association. So I took control. Buddy - stay home. Have a cry, get a new job, never come back! This is my world - and you’re too weak to live in it.”

Bliss reveals her and Murphy never had sex - she's waiting until marriage. "Do I look the sort who’d sleep around?"

Cut backstage, a clearly inebriated Jericho chats up a make-up lady, arm around her: "She my real child! She's the BEST. She's star! He'll never match Lexy's aconpis…accomplishments! Want sip vodka? Where you staying tonight…?”

ROYAL RUMBLE

story8_zpsybhruf5m.jpg

Jericho flirts with SmackDown females throughout, saying he'll win the Rumble. “I’ve not even had a drink today!” he lies. Murphy faces Elias unannounced but Bliss interferes. In retaliation, Murphy attacks Jericho during his entrance - Y2J is eliminated easily.

FEBRUARY
Jericho returns, opening Raw with Alexa. “What's the big deal? I probably have Junior Jerichos in every country on Earth! It’s called ROCK N ROLLAH, BABY! What’s important is, the greatest Junior of all is standing right next to me. Unfortunately the WORST one is back there. I want to give my own son the lashing he deserves!”

Murphy wants Jericho at WrestleMania. "No way, buddy. You can't even beat anyone who’s been on my level."

story3_zpsrfzkfsj2.jpg

Jericho demands a warm-up, to remind Murphy what Y2J is about. Curt Hawkins ENDS his massive losing streak, pinning Jericho thanks to Murphy interference!

story15_zpskusxgrue.jpg

Later, Murphy loses to a returning Fandango after Jericho retaliates. Murphy is decimated ringside. Jericho poses over his broken body. "You try to embarrass me?! I'll see YOU at WrestleMania, SON!"

MARCH
story6_zpsbb0nsoqg.jpg

Something WWE should have done years ago - Murphy invades a Fozzy autograph signing, brawling with Jericho before being carted away by security!

story4_zpsjl7a0rh5.png

WRESTLEMANIA
Backstage, Murphy ends his promo. “After tonight, you won’t call me Buddy. You’ll call me… The Jeri-Killer.”

Murphy beats Jericho amid deafening “JeriKiller” chants. Alexa Bliss is sent to the back injured halfway through after Jericho accidentally dives onto her. Murphy’s tights show a dead lion, heart by its side with a sword through it. Y2J is distraught afterwards. Murphy offers his hand. Jericho cries and hugs Murphy. Shades of WrestleMania 19! Jericho goes to low-blow Murphy - he knows it's coming, and grabs Jericho's foot! Murphy sighs and shakes his head. He then hits dad with a Codebreaker!

Chris Jericho is never seen again. Until the next time...

Out of fairness I have not read @air_raid s entry or anyone elses to gain any unfair advantage.

You'd have done well to read my entry, thus far it only exists as a series of x-rated images in my head.

Ideally if you can get something in by Tuesday that would be a touch.

Raw - The night after Hell in a Cell 2018 - Week 1

Drew McIntyre and Dolph Ziggler are in the ring, dejected looking. They lost the tag team championships last night to Ambrose and Rollins. They got their re-match tonight on Raw, but Dolph got the team disqualified when he gave Seth a low blow and got caught by the referee. Knowing that they may not get another shot at the belts for some time, Drew isn't happy.

    960.jpg

"No Chance, if that's what you got. . ." What is Vince McMahon doing here?

    vince-mcmahon-696x464.jpg

"What are you doing Drew? I picked you years ago as a future champion. You aren't living up to your potential, because you are being held back by Dolph. I was right when I said you would be a star though, because it's in YOUR BLOOD. Your old man was a star. I was right with him, and I'll be right with you."
Drew looks bewildered. Dolph is trying to tell him that Vince is only messing with his head, that there's no way that he, captain noodle head, could be holding him back. Drew walks off, alone.

    960.jpg

    Raw - Week 2

Drew and Dolph get back on track with a win over the B-Team, while the commentators speculate on who Drew's dad could be. The team seem to be getting back on track. Following the break the camera catches up with both men in the locker room - Dolph is glad that Drew has forgotten about what Vince said last week. Drew tells him it's not the case, and he has hired private investigators to try to get to the bottom of it.

Fandango and Prince Pretty are on the case. They take Drew's photo, his measurements his background and date of birth and set out on their quest to find Drew's Dad.

    Raw - Week 3

The Fashion Police have a list of potential suspects lined up. They need somebody tall, roughly 50 or older, with a strong physique and good hair. It'll help if they were a bit loose with the zipper in their younger years and could have been in Scotland in 1985.

    Their first suspect was:

    rick-rude-kiss.jpg

But he was a dead end.

    Suspect on week four:
  •
    001_80A_BHS--8eb1a331474dbab5e7b3a4ed3b0

  • Bret said he would have been proud to have a son as good as Drew, but in 1985 he hadn't yet turned into the serial philanderer that he later would when he became a world wide star.

    Suspect on Week Five:

    700

HHH convinced The Police that he was a teenager at the time and had yet to ever be in Scotland or meet a woman from there.

    Suspect on Week Six:

  • taker.jpg?w=1000&h=600&crop=1

The Deadman lets Dango and Breeze in on a big secret, that he couldn't be Drew's father, because Undertaker is actually ginger, so Drew would have to be too. They walk off, excited to have unearthed such a big revelation.

    Week 7:

Fandango and Breeze try to meet Drew in his locker room with the results of their search. They finally think that they know who it is, but Drew isn't there. Only Dolph. They give Dolph the answer in an envelope and leave. Dolph reads it but when Drew gets back to the locker room, he doesn't tell him.
  • Dolph-Ziggler.jpg
Drew and Dolph have a match that night with The Revival. If they win, they get another shot at The Shield for the belts. They get the win, but Drew looks less than his normal, focused self.

Week 8 of the Fashion Police search:

Drew and Dolph lose to The Sheild. Drew on the mic afterwards says he has been distracted this past two months, and wants Breezango to come down to the ring to explain why they haven't yet delivered on their investigation.

    hqdefault.jpg

Breezango tell Drew that they gave the results to Dolph last week. Drew, turns to Dolph to find out why he has been lying to him, stares him down and roars at him in the corner. Dolph wimpers. Breezango intervene and claim they have Drew's Dad here tonight, and the familiar sound of Raaazzorrr Raaaammmonnn's music hits!

    Img-Razor-Ramon.png

'Hey Yo'. You could be my son very easily Drew, he tells him. But I don't think you are. WE think that it's my old buddy, old pal, the big guy, Big Sexy Kevin Nash.

    images?q=tbn:ANd9GcTb6zoaPGxSDhmb9UwZzN6

Nash strolls to the ring as cool as a cucumber. He steps over the top rope and goes face to face with Drew. They stare at each other. Two big, tall, thick, handsome bastards with great hair and facial hair. Nash explains Drew is the product of a three way dance at Hall's strip club many years ago, in which Big Daddy Cool believes he finished the job. But there's only one real way to find out. . .Nash turns to Breeze and hits him with a jacknife powerbomb! "Now you try"

    Nash_powerbombs_Punk_large.jpg

Drew takes aim at Fandango and hits him with his own version, and it's eerily similar. Nash says I think I need to see it just once more. But first, you need to lose the dead weight. These smaller guys, sure, use them to get your leg up the ladder - but it's time to break off on your own, the way I did many years ago with Shawn

    Da85LJrWsAA0emI.jpg

Drew turns to Dolph, who is pleading on his knees. It won't save him this time though as Drew Jacknife powerbombs Dolph Ziggler in the centre of the ring. That's all the confirmation Kevin Nash needed. It's his boy. The Jacknife was perfect, his long lost son, Drew's long lost Dad, together at last, poised for world domination.

    maxresdefault.jpg

Drew says he is done with trying to claim tag team gold with inferior tag team partners. He challenges Roman to a match at Survivor Series for the Universal Title.

    Survivor Series

Roman accepted Drew's challenge and they meet in the main event of Survivor Series. Nash and Hall are in Drew's corner.

  •
  • The Shield are in Roman's corner.
  •
  • the-shield-wwe-4.jpg

  •
  • It descends into a brawl on the outside after Nash and Hall try to aid Drew and Dean and Seth aren't having any of it. Dolph Ziggler appears and looks to have cost Drew the win by hitting the Zig Zag when the ref was dealing with the melee on the outside. But it's only good for a two count! But we now have someone coming through the crowd with a cowboy hat covering their face - the referee is losing control of the situation.

images?q=tbn:ANd9GcRDB00qiXWG9VGZ2cfmglg

  • It's Shawn Michaels. Cole and Graves think he's here to pick a fight with Kevin Nash, but he superkicks Roman, and Drew hits the Jackknife for the 3 count.

images?q=tbn:ANd9GcTKryn_KqA7pFznNtkigau

  • Drew is the new Universal champion, and he stands tall at the end with the backing of the clique! "There's going to be hell to pay tomorrow night on Raw" screams Michael Cole, as we go off the air, with Drew Nash standing tall in the centre of the ring.

Objective: Form a new Dangerous Alliance

Criteria:
*At least ONE main roster singles guy
*At least ONE main roster tag team
*At least ONE NXT call-up
*At least ONE Outsider brought in
*Three months of booking

September:

Paul Heyman's pleas for a Brock Lesnar title rematch have fallen on deaf ears with Angle, so he tries to convince Constable Corbin. We tease the meeting all show.

Finally, Heyman does the big sales pitch for Brock. Corbin sympathizes, but breaks the news that Angle put paperwork in place that means that Brock can only return if Kurt approves it. Obviously, he's gone. Paul looks crestfallen. Corbin says, "Look, if there is anything I can do to help your cause that is in my power...we can talk." Heyman's eyes dart around for a moment, until his face starts to turn. "Roman has to pay. I have an idea...but these cameras need to leave."

In the main event, Rollins and Ambrose win the tag titles off Drew and Dolph.

-

The following week on Smackdown, we see somebody doing the usual "walking backstage" clip. In the background, we spot Heyman talking to Shane McMahon.

-

The next week on NXT, we have an injury update on Alistair Black, done in the parking lot where he was attacked. As the announcer speaks, we catch Regal exiting his car. Heyman gets out of the passengers seat and follows.

-

The next Raw is headlined by Roman Reigns over Kevin Owens. For the purposes of this story, Braun has fragmented away into a feud with Balor.

Roman's celebration is interrupted by Brock's music. Reigns stares at the screen, the announcers wonder how this could be. Nobody comes out and the music dies. Confusion lingers in the air until the audience starts to rise. Samoa Joe pounces into the screen and applies the choke to Roman. "What the hell is he doing here!? He's on Smackdown!" screams Graves.

Roman is in trouble. Seth and Dean come running down the aisle, but are intercepted from the sides by Dolph and Drew. They beat the hell out of Seth and throw Dean in the ring. The three-on-two beating continues until Seth gets in.

Just as Rollins is making a rally, another figure enters the ring, this time from the crowd, wiping Seth out with a Superkick. "That's Adam Cole from NXT!", Renee clarifies. The Shield are laid to waste. As the announcers are screaming for an explanation, the four men walk up the ramp in single file, led by Joe. As they reach the top, they stand side-by-side, staring at the ring, as Paul Heyman slowly walks out between them to survey the damage, a smile on his face.

-

The next week, Heyman is alone in the ring. Since Brock was taken out of the equation, he had to think outside the box. He decided to bring the best guys from Raw, Smackdown, NXT...and outside WWE...together. Brand immunity and maximum exposure for Heyman's clients. Corbin agreed. Shane agreed. Regal agreed.

"I've said this once before - This isn't an militia, this isn't a stable, this isn't a family...this is an Alliance of business."

Paul brings out Dolph and Drew together and talks about their tag title rematch at the October PPV. In a throwback to the original DA angle, Heyman pulls a switch: since he had a rematch clause messed with (Brock), he's doing the same. Drew McIntyre is out of the match. Dolph's new tag team partner is the latest Paul Heyman guy - Adam Cole Bay Bay. He comes out and gets put over as a future superstar. Heyman compares combining Cole and Dolph to peanut butter and jelly.

As for McIntyre, Heyman issues a challenge to Roman for the PPV for the Universal Title. Finally, he brings out "the man that puts the word Dangerous in Dangerous Alliance"...Samoa Joe, in his sweet suit.

Heyman says he's come to appreciate that the reason Brock and Joe clashed was because they were cut from the same cloth - driven by business, motivated by selfish personal gain with no emotional attachment. That's why this will work. At the October PPV, he's taking the WWE Title from AJ Styles.

"The reason Corbin, Shane and Regal agreed to my plan? When I told them what my ace card was, they jumped on it. Despite what people think, this is a business...and money makes the world go round."

October PPV:

- Dolph/Cole beat Rollins/Ambrose to win the Raw tag titles
- Samoa Joe beats AJ Styles for the WWE title
- Roman Reigns beats Drew McIntyre by DQ when the DA runs in.

The main is chaos, run-ins galore and a brawl. Finally, we have a stand-off, Shield in the ring, DA on the floor. Things are tense and the show looks to end at a stalemate.

The coin drops.

It's Kazuchika Okada.

Full entrance with the falling money, the gear. Make him look like a star.

The DA hit the ring, but Okada stands next to Heyman at ringside. The fight is back on and looks fairly even. Okada slowly takes the coat off and enters. Tombstone to Ambrose. Heavy Rain on Seth. Roman goes for the Superman punch but Okada ducks behind and hits the Rainmaker. The DA stand tall to end, with Heyman raising Okada's hand.

The next night, Heyman cuts the mother of all promos to introduce Okada as the best ever. Better than Hogan, Austin, Rock, Shawn, Flair, Bret, Cena, Bruno. "He may even be better than Brock."

They can do every show with run-ins, tags, singles. The Shield get some heat back by isolating Dolph and kicking the shit out of him. The next night on Smackdown, the DA targets Roman's family, the Usos, and beats the hell out of them. DA vow to do the same next week, and the Shield, who don't have immunity, say they'll be in the crowd just in case, leading to a huge brawl with security trying to stop the Shield.

Drew wins the IC Title from Seth on a Raw.

Survivor Series:

- The Dangerous Alliance Vs. The Shield and The Usos in War Games.

DA wins when Okada pins Roman with the Rainmaker.

Summary: From here you're obviously building to Okada Vs. Roman for the Universal Title, where you can go either way. You have belts on the other four so they look the business, and Okada is best served with Heyman as his mouthpiece and using the group to create an aura around him.
