The corner shop by us has started selling a load of (I assume) American chocolate, sweets and pop. My wife is chocolate obsessed and bought these back the other day;

Never tried either, but have had peanut butter M&M’s. Really sickly, but a few of them mixed in with standard peanut M&M’s were a thing of beauty.

I’d probably prefer them actually. I’m not much of a caramelly person. My mrs said they had mint M&Ms as well, which would be much more my thing, but I guess seeing as she’d just dropped £3.00 on 2 little cans of posh Fanta for me she wasn’t going to be taking my chocolate preferences into account as well.

The Aussie version of the Cadbury chocolate snack bar gets my vote.  It's a Cadbury chocolate block but each square has a different flavour. These flavours include pineapple, coconut ice, orange and Turkish delight. Bloody lovely. The Cadbury coconut rough is also a bit good.

I don't think it's sold as commonly over here these days - the one true reason to mourn the loss of Woolworths - but this was an occasional treat when I was a kid. It cost about around 80p-£1 back when most chocolate bars were about 30p, so I wouldn't get it all the time, but it was always what I considered the best chocolate I've ever had. So I ordered some from a specialist Scandinavian food shop recently and I thought, "I'm probably looking back on it with rose-coloured glasses, it won't be as nice as I remember" - but it totally is. Deliver some boxes of this around the country and the Brexit vote will be immediately overturned to rapturous scenes.

They’re not going to jack the price up when I go to pay are they?
