If not, let me know and I'll change my prediction. Sorry for the late reply. I was dragged to Twickenham over the weekend. Your prediction means you think this afternoon's match will go to penalties. I can switch it to predicting the score after 90 minutes from next season if people would prefer that and find it less confusing. Or else we can just forget about cup ties that aren't first legs and can't go to a replay and find other fixtures instead.
Fog Dude
The results went into the first post on Sunday night and the table was updated shortly after that. Stinky Dad got his D2D bet right, and it was worth going against the odds as 11 of the other 12 participants wrongly disagreed with him. That means he moves up 2 places and well away from the bottom duo, and is also this week's top scorer. Without the bonuses, the best performer would've been Briefcase, who was also the only player with more than one exact score. He now leads by a full dozen, with the sole other movement seeing TildeGuy overtake Glenryck in third spot. In a low-scoring round with an average of just 6 points, AdamTH17 was the lowest scorer on a mere 2. Wins for Man City, Barça and Leicester proved fruitful, but the other scorelines all turned out to be much more difficult to foresee, especially Watford's comeback, rare home defeats for Bournemouth and Newcastle, and bad away reverses for Arsenal and Valencia. As noted above, it's come to my attention that there's been some lack of clarity over the rules on matches that can go to extra time and penalties on the day. Twice this season a long-standing player has tried, whilst a newcomer PMed me to ask for further details about whether we're picking based purely on the initial 90 minutes. I've tried giving long-winded versions of the rules at the start of the season in previous years, but that only seems to add to the confusion, whilst the short explanation ("penalty shootouts are ignored") doesn't seem to cut it. Eleven years ago, just before I took over the running of the FPL, my predecessor @seph started to introduce straight knockout cup games, and I recall him berating someone for predicting a draw. I thought it was unfair for a draw not to be an option, so I decided to implement a system that would allow for everyone to bet on a draw even for games that can go to penalties, but I now realise I might've picked the wrong one. Anyway, long story short: I've set up a poll so that people can choose what to do about this. It closes on Saturday afternoon. Any change to the rules would only take effect next season. I do not recall that level of vehemence (and will apologise if you find citation), but my contention is that the eventual result should stand including ET (Penalties I don't know, would I have counted the penalty score in with the main score, or overriding?), this takes FA Cup ties into consideration where you can have a draw ending the game. Again, if you look and find differently I'll hold my hand up. Edited April 10, 2019 by seph

Again, if you look and find differently I'll hold my hand up. Okay, that's fair. You're quite correct that 'berated' was way too strong a word to use and I take it back. I'm not sure if threads from that long ago (that didn't end up in Gold – and this one-star thread is hardly on its way there) have been lost or not. Either way, a more accurate recollection is that you gently took the mick out of someone to remind them that a knockout game couldn't end in a draw before the deadline to make their picks, so you were actually trying to help them. I might be misremembering though, and perhaps you put more thought into the rules for that kind of match than I realised. The rule you describe is exactly the one I've been using for the past decade and a bit. The key development since then is that FA Cup 5th and 6th round replays have been scrapped, so it's more important than ever that the rule is seen to be clear, and not unjust or applied unevenly. I'm glad you had your right of reply anyway. That's why I tagged you in the first place.
