Those plus the rest of the results went into the opening post on Sunday night, and I did my best to figure out the table soon after that. Do let me know if you think I've miscounted anywhere. The average haul was 18.1 points, which is about what you'd expect and led to quite a bit of movement. All 3 joint top scorers came from the bottom half of the standings, which means the gap to last place has increased to 4 points. Worst performer TildeGuy got the equivalent of 4 points in a normal round, and so drops a spot to fourth. AdamTH17 got his second D2D bet wrong, but only 8 of 13 other participants disagreed with him that FC United would draw with Chester. Had he gone for a home win, more damage would've been done. More importantly than all that: we have a new leader! Glenryck Pilchards did enough to wipe out Briefcase's two-point advantage and is now two clear at the summit himself. Elsewhere, embarrassing reverses for Bordeaux, Marseille and 2012 champions Montpellier caught most people out, but the remaining Coupe de France ties were generally good for at least one-pointers. One match we didn't feature was frozen off, another saw minnows Noisy-le-Grand progress, and in a further contender for the Outstanding Names thread, Kevin le Sauce scored the consolation for GSI Pontivy against 2009 winners Guingamp. Closer to home, losses for Cardiff and Leicester City proved far from fruitful, but upsets at The Crown Ground and Ashton Gate (the home of football) were more widely expected. The other outcomes mostly saw the favourites progress, which yielded a lot of points for a majority of players. We're back to normal next week with a regular 10-match round. The fixtures will be up in the original post very soon.
