Massive favourite is a stretch, probably, but he’s 30lbs heavier, taller and has a legit as shit blue belt under Daniel Wanderley. He could probably wrestlefuck Floyd if he wanted to. Sure, he’d get the brakes boxed off of him but the trick would be not to get into boxing range. Kick the legs and rush the clinch/takedown. Just because he got made to look like a toddler by an elite grappler in his debut doesn’t mean he couldn’t beat a non-grappler. Just by virtue of the level of his training partners and coaches, and the amount of time he’s dedicated to it, he’d probably have a great chance of beating loads of boxers, just based on the boxing style. The real fun thing would be watching people convince themselves that Punk ankle picking Floyd and choking him half to death means he should stick around UFC and try fighting an actual MMA fighter.
