TL;DR version: It's a good year to be: Pete Dunne, AJ Styles, UFC 217 It's a bad year to be: Bray Wyatt The Best of Pro-wrestling Best Pro-wrestler: AJ STYLES A clear winner here. This is Styles' second consecutive win in the category - the last person to manage that was Jeff Hardy from 2007-2009. Best Female Wrestler: ASUKA Nobody is ready for Asuka! Except the UKFF... Best Match: TYLER BATE VS. PETE DUNNE, NXT TAKEOVER CHICAGO This is the first time any British wrestler has won in this category. Best Event: NXT TAKEOVER CHICAGO This is the third year in a row a Takeover has won this category! Best Wrestling TV Show: NXT NXT reclaims its crown from SmackDown Live, making it a four-time winner here. Best Feud / Angle: KEVIN OWENS VS CHRIS JERICHO / FESTIVAL OF FRIENDSHIP This feud/angle made the list! (of winners) Greatest Moment: CHRIS JERICHO: "WHY IS MY NAME ON THE LIST?" This is the second win for Jericho and Owens - it beat the Hardys' return by just 3 votes. Best Babyface: AJ STYLES He's a two-time UKFF award winner this year! Best Heel: THE MIZ Another consecutive winner here, Miz retains the title! Funniest Moment: THE FASHION FILES Breeze and Fandango win this one - a returning category last seen in 2015. BRAY WYATT, WRESTLEMANIA 33 When the title match at 'Mania is the worst of the year... it wasn't a banner one for the WWE Championship! Biggest Letdown: SHINSUKE NAKAMURA ON THE MAIN ROSTER "He's a rockstar!" He's treading water, is what he's doing... GTFO: DOLPH ZIGGLER That's two consecutive wins for Ziggler. There's a few people on here that's been belting as well, PunkStep, Collin Bollocks and Tiger Rick generally being great. The last few years has more or less been Man United post treble anyway. Glad I forgot to get round to that now. Other than that I can’t really argue with any of the results, kind of a shame in a way that so many of the results were so predictable.
