I honestly despair that anyone who actually fights for a living can be that out of shape. It's like watching two old fellas throw hands outside the local tavern.

Does that top Kimbo/Dada for the most tired anyone two fighters have ever been in a fight?

Here's a deadly serious recap on the fight from the Sumo world...

I watched the Friends epsisode the other day where Monica's millionaire boyfriend has a go at the UFC. He gets tuned up by Tank Abbott until big John McCarthy calls a stop to it.  Its all very Macho Man vs Spiderman. I guess 20 years is not time at all.

I don't know if it's even possible, depending on the weight classes allowed by the athletic commission, but instead of adding in a 165lb division and having to move 170 up by 5lbs, is there any way in which the UFC could just make a 162 or 163 lb division instead, and just leave 155 and 170 the way they are?

Bellator, PFL, RIZIN and now ONE - there are tournaments everywhere these days outside of the UFC. I think this is a pretty good move for ONE to try and capitalise on their new hires, as it may help them to get a chance to not only grab some of the spotlight when DJ or Alvarez are fighting, but also on the other tournament matches as some of those fighters will be the next guys in line to fight Eddie and DJ (assuming they win their first round matches of course!).

Marc Raimondi and Shaun Al-Shatti were talking about Super Sage on their podcast this week. He's a free agent and he may be on his way to ONE. He could also be using them as a good bargaining chip against the UFC. Point being, how did the UFC manage to let him fight out his contract? A really recognisable fighter, with loads of years ahead of him, who effectively has spent the bulk of his fighting career in your organisation, with a 6-2 record in the UFC, yet he could walk away and become the lynchpin for a 170lb division of a different company?

I hope for the lad that he goes to ONE on a very good contract, manages to piece together 3 or 4 wins and then gets a much bigger contract in a couple of years when the UFC want him back. He has time on his side and his head screwed on it seems.

He's still young, I think his dad runs his career, if they can get him fighting a decent deal and fights say 3 times a year for 2/3 years he can come back perhaps with more hardcore fan interest if he does well. In the UFC he's going to have to fight top 15 guys who'll mostly beat him right now.

If he was a boxer he wouldn't have fought anybody that level at 19-20 years old. What age is he now like 22?

UFC are continuing to confuse when it comes to the Flyweight division. They are booking fights regularly within the division, and Cejudo Vs Dillashaw is for the 125 belt and not at 135, yet they have let DJ go and Ben Nguyen is at least the third 125lb fighter that I have heard of that has been released in the past few weeks.

Maybe they just want to build up Cejudo as a meaningful flyweight champion before the belt's retired, or something. I can't think of any other good reasons other than they want to make sure that the only other 125 champion than DJ, and who of the two is still in the UFC, is seen to have held the belt for longer than a cup of coffee, and has defended it against good competition.

I think the idea is to retire belt after the TJ/Cejudo fight. If Cejudo wins he moves to 135lb and instantly challenges TJ for his belt which would be a pretty cool first, if TJ wins he becomes a double champ and returns to defend at 135 whilst Cejudo just joins the pack.

Bloodyelbows Iain Kidd of Glasgow has been rightfully sacked for having and sharing child porn for over 15 years, among other despicable acts, as someone who lives just outside, Glasgow never met the guy or listened to his podcasts (3 amigos, it was called) but he used to do a lot of articles about PED use, USADA, WADA, probably put in Ped and went to stuff about drug cheating, instead of the child & animal shit he was probably looking for. I'm pretty sure he had an article a few weeks back about USADA & whatever drugs someone took should be legal, it's amazing how someone can be up thenselves writing shit like that, knowing you're going to court for something a million times worse and not thinking it would get out.

Front Row Brian is taking credit for finding this but clearly someone sent him a link as it was the Evening Times a Glasgow based paper the story was in as I'm sure he's not reading Scottish newspapers for fun.

Jesus Christ. That's some dodgy stuff. I have never really read Bloody Elbow with any sort of regularity. So I don't really know who Kidd is.

Oh and FWB is in his element. He's played a role in outing one of MMA's most notable offenders. Information that needed to be brought to public light by the sounds of things. Yet, he still comes across as a complete tit.
