Was it? I thought he went on the MMA hour and confirmed it.

Hmmm, it appears you have more updated information. I was working from this - http://www.bjpenn.com/mma-news/cody-garbrandt/chris-holdsworth-refutes-garbrandts-claims-dillashaw-ended-career/

However, just last week, this emerged - https://www.mmafighting.com/2017/10/30/16572804/chris-holdsworth-breaks-silence-about-t-j-dillashaw-incident

It seems that the incident did happen; whether it was the definitive cause of Holdsworth's career being put on hiatus is another matter though.

It still boils down to someone acting the twat in training. I get what Wand is saying about TAM being OK with it until it suited them not to be. It's probably easier to have that view retrospectively than during it all happening though. You're much more likely to forgive on a gradual, incremental basis (incident by incident) than you are when you lump everything into one whole and look back on it. You know what I mean?

I just think the stories about the way he behaved at TAM seem legit and, if so, that makes him a twat.

John Danaher said he struggled to keep weight on, he was vomiting  daily as his body wasn't used to the extra bulk, he had seen a doctor and was considering pulling out. He was able to walk around at 200lbs but when he did his weight cut he got back up to 191lbs and usually fights around 189lbs for his Welterweight fights.

I guess they give up the title now and give it to Whitaker to fight someone in Australia and he fights Woodley at 170, sometime next year.

Bit late getting to these, I know, but whatever. BT Sport put some good little post-fight media scrums up on their YouTube channel. Well worth watching.

Michael Bisping;

Rose Namajunas;

Dana White;

Thought Bisping came off really great there. People like to shit on him and I get why because he likes to be the villain. But I think when he's out of fight mode and drops all the bravado he seems a really good guy.

I fucking love Rose's whole demeanour as well. She just knocked out the best woman fighter on the planet in a round and became champion, they ask her what she's going to do now and her first thought is 'I've got some tomatoes growing so I want to see how they're doing'. The 'Thug' nickname doesn't fit her at all, does it?
