Paid Members Devon Malcolm Posted June 1, 2017 Paid Members Share Posted June 1, 2017 Was Kane the one who didn't know who he was playing one night in the tunnel before the match or am I thinking of someone else?
Briefcase
Ross Barkley. What is the latest with him? Didn't Koeman say he had a week to decide his future after the season had finished? It's all gone quiet on that front.
Paid Members PunkStep Posted June 1, 2017 Paid Members Share Posted June 1, 2017 L'equipe reporting that we've bid €100m for Mbappe. Ha! Pull the other one.

Sphinx
Ozil is reportedly signing a new contract at Arsenal. Toure's signed a new one at City too.
Paid Members Scott Malbranque Posted June 2, 2017 Paid Members Share Posted June 2, 2017 We'll sell Barkley and Lukaku, be linked with some magnificent players, and wind up with Max Gradel from Bomf and a pair of loanee center halves from Anderlecht and Gdansk They could at least give me one season of Billy Sharp in blue. SuperBacon
On the subject of Mbappe to Arsenal, it's not inconceivable. The chance to play in front of that many people at home, sell out crowds every week, being told the team will be built around you, the chance to play with Ozil and Sanchez (and Theo Walcott), to learn under Wenger. Add that all up it's quite attractive to a young player. Of course I'm sure everyone and their Mum has enquiried about him and he could choose anywhere, he could even stay at Monaco but Arsenal isn't that far fetched. Would hate it though.
Paid Members Devon Malcolm Posted June 2, 2017 Paid Members Share Posted June 2, 2017 Mbappe could have the choice of any club in Europe. The only way he's choosing Arsenal is if he supports them and / or is a mental.

Paid Members SpursRiot2012 Posted June 2, 2017 Paid Members Share Posted June 2, 2017 Pictured in an Arsenal kit as a kid? He's obviously going to be come a Spurs legend. Kylian Mbappé, he's one of our own.

Mr_Danger
Arsenal would be a stepping stone to Madrid that he doesn't have to take. If he wants to develop more before he moves on then he will stay at Monaco, who are in the champions league and will provide him with a better stage to keep the top teams interested. Paid Members CleetusVanDamme Posted June 2, 2017 Paid Members Share Posted June 2, 2017 City supposedly offered £115m last weekend. This is classic Arsenal, they'll up the bid to £95m so they can say "Well, we tried, we were willing to break the world transfer record!". This tops them thinking the solution to West Ham having a bid turned down for Lacazette was to wait a few days and offer £5m less.
Guy Bifkin
According to Twitter Jack Wilshere, Emmanual Frimpong and Carl Jenkinson all had separate fines at Arsenal for calling Gervinho "Retardinho".
