Useful real life information you learned from watching wrestling?

I have a good amount of American geography knowledge from all the small towns WWF Superstars and Wrestling Challenge tapings were held in the early 90's.

We never learned Roman numerals at school but by the time I was 13 I was able to work out how to read the combinations of I's, V's, and X's learned from the early WrestleMania's.

A good few parts of the human body I learned from listened to wrestling commentators, mostly Gorilla Monsoon.

The lump on the back of your head being the external occipital protuberance I learned from people doing an enziguri to that area.

I learned where the sternum was from Bret Hart being thrown "sternum-first" into the turnbuckles.

I learned a bicuspid was the name of a back tooth from Haku and The Rockers doing crescent kicks to that area.

What other things have you learned from wrestling that are useful in the real world?

Yeah, definately American and Canadian states and provinces and agree on the Roman numerals.

I also learned all I'm likely to know about American sports, personalities and celebs as I'm not one that's into American popular culture or their sports. I doubt I could have named half a dozen American Footballers if it weren't for wrestling over the years.

Wrestling also introduced me to the delights of German softcore porn as a very young teen in the mid 90's watching RTL2 and DSF..

When I was a teen and used to go to visit my grandfolks in Cornwall, I occasionally went to the local pub quiz in the village with my folks and people we knew from their village. The winning table won booze and had to nominate someone to face one last question to win the quiz entry money, which was usually super-hard and cos of that, the money usually rolled over 5 times at least before it was won. Our table won and my Dad went up for the many times rolled-over jackpot of £800ish. His question was 'The natives of which American state are nicknamed Hoosiers?'. Within a few seconds I remembered that Wrestlemania 7 was at the Hoosier Dome in Indiana. Dad didn't know it, and no one believed me when I said that I knew the answer. So annoying. A 15 year old me could have won a load of money for my family.

Kevin Owens has told how he basically learned English from watching wrestling, and that growing up he thought that "slobberknocker" was a completely normal English word
