The whole thing is very complicated - ICW already have a TV show on the Fight Network (owned by TNA!). Minor correction, but Fight Network is owned by Anthem who in themselves also own TNA/Impact wrestling, so not neccessarily out of the question for having ICW on another format, I suppose it depends on their current contract/set up.
