WWE UK Championship Tournament

That's all fine, I like the general singing/chanting atmosphere, it was like that big time at NXT Sydney and it was the most fun I've ever had at a wrestling show. But how can you justify the "we deserve it" chant? Pompous cunts.

Because the ring announcer basically encouraged us to chant it! I cant remember his exact words but he was heavily praising the fans saying how great we were and how we deserved the best action possible. Its really no big deal.

Well I went into this completely blind, never seen or heard of any of them apart from Andrews.

Skipped the first night, was out when it was on and never had chance to catch up with it yesterday.

Dunne, Bates, Wolfgang and Andrews were all brilliant I thought, you could easily build a weekly one hour show around them I think.

Not sure I see what the fuss is with Trent though, Dunne/Andrews was MOTN for me with Bate being the overall star of the show.

Really good stuff and I hope it goes further.

It's a shame he's not six inches taller, it was really noticeable how short he is when stood in the ring with Triple H and Regal at the end. He will go far regardless though, he's incredible for his age and his physique will only get even more impressive. Dude does not skip leg day.

He's great isn't he, he reminds me of some sort of circus or carnival Wrestler from the early 1900's or something, I mean that in a good way, you see pictures in books from that period, he's got the tash, the shitty little boots and the thick legs and frame. It's like somebody stuck a bicycle pump in Jack Gallagher.

Yeah, I'm with mim. The UK tournament seems to be a success on surface and they absolutely loved Tyler Bate, but in the wider world of the WWE Universe he would still be an unknown to the vast majority of the audience, therefore a surprise Rumble appearance wouldn't be fair to him.

I was there last night, and I don't think I have had a better time at any show. I knew most of the guys, but in a bigger atmosphere they shined. Ring announcer before the show started got the "we deserve it" chant going. And you know what, the fans of the scene do. We are all putting money in, supporting guys and girls online, and creating the buzz. The crowd reacted to everything, and even the dark match the floor was rocking for cheers for Jesus. It wasn't all night the we deserve it, and nearly every wrestler got s chant of some kind. Now a lot leave with their status raised, their rates likely up, and many more bookings ahead of them. Even Jordan Devlin with his head that's toooooo big. This was a massive night and can't help but feel the impressions left will lead to more.

Re Tyler going in Rumble, in this network/ social media era no chance he's coming out to no reaction. When you have triple H and wwe's pages having nothing but posts about you, your hardcore rumble crowd will know who he is
