Paid Members John Matrix Posted January 10, 2017 Paid Members Share Posted January 10, 2017 Since there's a fellow Mike Post fan on the board, how's about this... Â Â Never seen an episode of the programme, but when I knew it was on, i'd always flick over to Channel 4 five minutes before it finished. Paid Members Maverick Posted January 10, 2017 Paid Members Share Posted January 10, 2017 He did the excellent Magnum PI theme too.
Paid Members Nick Soapdish Posted January 11, 2017 Paid Members Share Posted January 11, 2017 (edited) Very underrated in my opinon    Does anyone remember this?   Starring a young Ryan Reynolds  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MjgXjU9Jx3A   And this had both Fergie and (Jennifer) Love Hewett   all top themes IMO Edited January 11, 2017 by Nick Soapdish
hallicks
Some French geezers remade the Wheeled Warriors theme tune. It's fucking amazing: Â Â I couldn't find an instrumental version of the original 15 to 1 intro (without the announcer), so I had a stab at it. The bass isn't growly enough, sorry: Â
cobra_gordo
Can't believe nobody has posted this one yet. It's pretty much the soundtrack to my life up to age 7. Â Edited January 11, 2017 by cobra_gordo
Paid Members tiger_rick Posted January 11, 2017 Paid Members Share Posted January 11, 2017 Used to adore Thundercats and the logo is still one of the greatest ever but I never thought the theme tune was up to much. Apart from the "Thunder, thunder, thunder, thundercats" bit, it's fairly unmemorable.
Paid Members garynysmon Posted January 11, 2017 Paid Members Share Posted January 11, 2017 To be fair, this represents a big chunk of my childhood   The classic BBC Darts intro was pretty badass too
Paid Members Sergio Mendacious Posted January 11, 2017 Paid Members Share Posted January 11, 2017 This is a cracker, from what appears to have been my mum's favourite show of all time (along with the Water Margin): Â Â As a side note, Godiego were a blinding little combo, who had a great late 70s run of soundtrack songs for this, Hausu, and Galaxy Express 999. Paid Members chokeout Posted January 11, 2017 Paid Members Share Posted January 11, 2017 The background music to Record Breakers is an Alan Parsons Project track and is amazing and belongs in an 80s Cop movie  https://youtu.be/xiwim6XmGtk

cobra_gordo
The Alan Parsons Project? Wasn't that some sort of hovercraft? No it's a giant laser on The Moon, turning it in to what I like to call a "death star".
