Read the book as a teenager before I had internet access, but haven't gone back to it since. Got to the part where Vader kills Foley/Cactus Jack and they take him off TV for a few months. Dusty Rhodes who was booking, says Foley should have amnesia from the Vader beating when it's time to bring him back, and the whole 'Lost in Cleveland' vignettes are born. Having never been able to see them before, I looked them up and they are proper wrestling gold. Proper news reporter type looking for Foley in the mental hospital with crap actors doing Rainman & One Flew Over the Cuckoos Nest impressions, and eventually finding Mick living in a homeless camp, clean shaven and quoting poetry and fixing kids bikes.
