Goldberg's WWE return: how will it go?

On Raw they used the WCW music for his entrance then and again when Lesnar walked away from him. Glad they have ditched that shitty WWE version altogether.

That backstage Goldberg walk to the ring with the security at Survivor Series is going to piss over anything WWE has done in years.

They need to make his entrance big time tonight, I don't care if he has 30 security guards with him, they cannot screw it up.

This is what I want tbh. The full Halloween Havoc treatment.

WCW was gone by the time Brock was ever around, so they can't do the Monday Night Wars Lives On story that they flip-flopped on during the HHH/Sting feud.

It is insane that literally 16 years on that Vince has never got over being beaten for what in the scheme of things was a very short period of time (1 year in the last 35) in his career! Prob the only one who still thinks about that period is Vince who would probably sell his kids souls if he could have a time machine and prevent that year!

Just add another perspective to it. The WCW rebrand from JCP/NWA happened in October 1988 and ran to March 2001 when WWE purchased the assets, a period of nearly 12 and a half years.

It's been dead longer than it was alive, and even that had 7 years before The Monday Night era and yet it still gets dragged up so Vince can swing his dick about calling himself the winner. WWE will have hundreds of thousands of fans that will have got into wrestling when WCW wasn't even in business anymore, so to drag it up again would be ludicrous.

Sting even made reference to it in a promo in the lead up to Wrestlemania 31, saying something to the effect of "me defending the honour of WCW at this point in time would be ridiculous", only for Stephanie to them come out and do what she does by cutting Sting's balls off by running WCW into the ground for 10 minutes

Then as you say, they undid this comment straight away. Morons. Esp JBL's 'We won again' line at WM.
