Porkchopcash
The only time i found him interesting was in his 95 tweener role till probably about a year later after the first few months of the NWO. Scott Hall was always the cool one to me.
Moderators PowerButchi Posted October 14, 2016 Moderators Share Posted October 14, 2016 Kevin Nash once said his kind of woman is one who knew the works of Glen A. Larson. Â That's so cool it's cyrofuckingenic
neil is brill
I especially love his WCW Nitro for PS1 "choose me" rant, where he begs the player to pick someone else because he can't even be bothered to work in the game. Love me a bit of Kevin Nash.
Paid Members Jazzy G Posted October 14, 2016 Paid Members Share Posted October 14, 2016 I thought he was the absolute bomb when I first saw him as Vinnie Vegas in 1992-3 on WCW Worldwide. I've always had time for him. He's a hilarious guy as well. I love the commentary where he says completely straight-faced that he and Shawn Michaels invented hardcore wrestling. I thought the stuff he did with the X-division was pretty funny as well. Â Has anybody seen the match he had with Ricky Morton on that AWE show? NEWM
The ladder match was ace Bingo. A UKFF chat greatest hit, and hilariously, the final payoff to the Summer of Punk '11.
Moderators PowerButchi Posted October 14, 2016 Moderators Share Posted October 14, 2016 Nash's massive victory over the summer of punk was my highlight of 2011
Paid Members Supremo Posted October 14, 2016 Paid Members Share Posted October 14, 2016 As well as easily being the coolest wrestler of all time, I think he might be the funniest. If nothing else, I love how he doesn't take the business seriously and just appears to always be having a great time making a shit load of money. Â One of the few wrestlers you'd want to be mates with.
Paid Members IANdrewDiceClay Posted October 14, 2016 Paid Members Share Posted October 14, 2016 Nash's massive victory over the summer of punk was my highlight of 2011I remember we collectively pissed ourselves when HHH pinned him. Its was great. That was the boom period. I loved the UKFF chat days better than anything in the 90s. Also remember us passing around pornography to comment (Wigan Fatty Fuck being the highlight) on and when nobody posted for a while Pitcos chimed in with "I assume by how silent its gotten in here, we're all having a wank." Briefcase
I can't remember if it was Nash or Hall (or both) that was on live and kicking or something? Those videos still crack me up to this day.
GordyM
Kevin Nash's finest moment for me will always be the Paparazzi Productions angle in TNA. From the running joke of him accusing Sonjay Dutt of being on steroids to singing 'slave songs' to put off Jay Lethal during musical chairs, the whole thing was a work of comedy genius. Â A playlist of the whole thing can be found HERE.
scotty_1120
I agree the paparazzi productions segments were the best thing TNA ever did. Was it during these segments he produced a graph of the drawing power of champions like rock and Austin and the huge spike was for when he was the champ? Had me Creased during those. Â His timeline and YouShoot are amazing as well particularly when they show him the Cornette rant about his 5 moves.
Bukamania
Bret Hart vs. Kevin Nash at SVS 95 is still one of my favourite matches of all time. Nash mouthing motherfucker and dropping Bret on his ass after the bout will always remain a personal highlight.
The Clint
It was a big deal when Bret crashed through the table during the match. At the time it was something that you had never seen in WWF.
Merzbow
I do wonder what would have happened if they pulled the trigger on the edgier content back then, didn't things calm right down again after that?
