Assuming there will be the usual cheap beer on sale, you need the standard Wharf Chambers blurb about being a member or a guest of a member added to the original details. They get a bit tetchy when people leave it out. Might pop down, depending on finances.

They have a few shops too, would be worth putting up posters in them and leaving a few tickets to sell behind the counter.
