wyattlegacy Posted September 14, 2016 Share Posted September 14, 2016 Now i could be completely wrong with what I've been told and what i'm thinking so thought i would post it on here.  Now i love PCW been to so many shows and bought lots of items from them and have no personal problems with them in anyway.  Most of this information i have gathered from fans and wrestlers and some of it is from my own research.  Paypal account:  In the last few months the paypal account has changed so this means that something has happened to the first account. I remember in the back ends of the 1pw gauntley days  the paypal account was changing all the time due to them getting deleted, blocked etc. Could be something and nothing but if there was a problem with the original paypal which lots of orders have gone through why not just carry on with it?  Selling so many shows in advance:  Another 1pw thing where they were desperate for money they would sell shows 6/9 months in advance just so they can pay for the next show, eventually this will catch up on you especially when you don't get the numbers you need.  Wrestlers not been used:  Certain wrestlers have stopped working for PCW due to when they asked for a rise in there fee they were belittled and abuse on social media, now i'm not going to name any names but a lot of people know some of the names this has happened to.  This might have nothing to do with money just maybe he didn't think they were worth the additional money  Dvd sales:  This is the worst one of them all, selling dvds for pre orders saying they will be out in a certain date and never been released, the Kris Travis best of was meant to be released early December last year and i know 4 people who pre ordered this and still have not received this. Paid Members Your Fight Site Posted September 14, 2016 Paid Members Share Posted September 14, 2016 I don't know anything that goes on behind PCW’s doors, but the final two points could just be down to poor bookkeeping/accounting. If you don't submit your accounts, after so long Companies House closes the company down.  They’re always touting for designers and video editors, so the DVD issues may just be because they’re absolutely inundated. Especially with the increase in shows PCW have held this year.  I think the issues raised above, when put together may look superficial. They’re just a company with a lot on and could probably improve their communication with customers to mitigate fears and conclusions like the above. Del Rio pulling out of Road To Glory over an ACL injury or something like that he didn't seem to have. I saw him last year and I was excepting a statement from the company, he's injured, out for 6-9 months. But he was in the ring in no time. What was that all about?  Then there was the incident with Kevin Nash throwing a strop over an expensive flight upgrade barely a week before the show which cost £10k. I know the guy has delicate quads, but surely he should've asked it earlier so it's cheaper? So that was 2 Supershow headliners on the trot pulling out. Think Del Rio had a similar dispute with WXW in Germany.  There was EC3 having to be pulled this year for, of all things an audition for The Amazing Race with James Storm. TNA had Robbie E & Brooke on it before who were dating at the time. I know TNA commitments have priority, but that's an unusual one. I was supposed to see him last year, but he got pulled for a set of house shows that was cancelled. Which was a massive gyp because I was looking forward to meeting him to sign my tour programmes.  And now there's the collapse of the deal with ROH. Claims that Adam Cole (Bay Bay) was promised to wear the Cruiserweight Title on their programming that didn't happen, little promotion on their end for what would've been the 3rd SOH and the issue of one of their dates booked in Liverpool the same day PCW's in town.  What other bits of rotten luck have they had lately? Who joins a forum just to give a thorough account of how one of the country's largest independent companies is having issues, in this sort of depth, with no preamble or history, unless they have an ulterior motive? Â Â Yup, original plan was to make more of the PCW connection, show some of the ROH vs PCW matches (I think highlights of one actually made it onto their TV show) and promote the title on TV. Wondered why that was such a big deal, haha. Â If it was a PCW belt that was meant to be getting some exposure from ROH and that never came to pass, then I can more easily understand the disappointment.
