Fog Dude
The results went into the opening post on Sunday night, and the table was figured out shortly afterwards. It was uploaded last night and will be linked in the original post alongside next week's fixtures once I'm done typing this. With an average haul of 6.42 points, it was something of a low-scoring round. Glenryck was the only participant into double figures this time out, and the sole one who managed more than one exact scoreline. That sees him leap up 5 places, which is the kind of thing a good performance can easily earn at this early stage of the season. Vegeta kept up the D2D tradition (which had been ignored so far in this campaign) of getting his bet emphatically wrong and being the worst performer, although he shared that distinction with ultimo. The other 11 players all gladly accepted bonus points, although an alarmingly high number of those only went for a draw. Vegeta is the only person who's played every week that is yet to score a bonus point, yet he remains inside the top 4. Stinky Dad maintained a 3-point lead at the summit, whilst at the opposite end, Grecian moved further clear of the absent mim731. Away from the Britannia, the results at Dean Court and Turf Moor proved most fruitful, with the two away wins in Spain not far behind. A comfortable home victory at an expanded Anfield was no good for three-pointers, whilst crucial triumphs on the road for Palace and Watford caught most players out as well. Score draws that saw Aberdeen and Chelsea held in fixtures where they'd have been much fancied weren't of much use either.
