Been some fascinating rebuttles to your completely hackneyed assertions, that you've left under discussed beause you are more concerned about throwing your toys out of the pram.  Maybe you are so entrenched in your views that your rhetorical opening post was meant to be answered in one way only and not  be discussed.   Just a thought..
