King Mal the Glorious
There was a ring announcer (one of the WC guys) for most of the show until he was attacked by Primate. They then had a 'proper' announcer for the last match. Â Edit: Johnny Moss seemed to pick up a nasty looking arm injury during his match, hopefully it's nothing too serious. Mike
I was also there last night and it was a noticeable step down from the last show a few weeks ago. There seemed to be a much bigger casual/student presence this time around which didn't help (and led to me being stuck next to a bunch of pricks shouting Harambe jokes all night). The show overall was a lot shorted and more focused on angles .  Can't really complain for £5.  The show was I believe aimed at Freshers Week, hence the price and the amount of casuals. Makes sense I guess if they return for the upcoming shows!
Paid Members Statto Posted September 16, 2016 Paid Members Share Posted September 16, 2016 I'd really like to think they hired & paid a ring announcer for the night, only had them do one match, leaving some matches without an announcer, as part of an angle.  That's proper WCW stuff.  I also assume Primate is the biggest babyface in British wrestling right now, for attacking one of WhatCulture 'personalities'. C-Rock
Suprise of the night for me was that Katrina Waters/Katie Lee Burchill/Winter was on the show as well. I thought she had gotten out of wrestling. Did anybody else notice that Paige was in attendance also?
Jon-Carr_92
Yeah. I saw a few photos of Paige going round on Twitter last night. And yeah, Katerina is a pleasant surprise.

King Mal the Glorious
Katarina was in a triple threat with Nixon Newell and another lass who's name started with K (totally slipped my mind, was a decent match). Alberto faced Big Damo.
