Now, if you were going to go for an EEC song, it would be Save Tonight, wouldn't it? I understand it's probably cheaper to have these instead of the real thing but the selection of songs sounds like a compendium of answers from Pointless. Baffling. Presumably the less ubiquitous songs are also cheaper to licence than the obvious ones? A double saving.
Paid Members PunkStep Posted December 28, 2017 Paid Members Share Posted December 28, 2017 Falling In Love Again is a brilliant follow-up track to Save Tonight. Shame he disappeared from the charts thereafter, I really liked those two songs. Good stock in that family.
Paid Members Fox Piss Posted December 28, 2017 Paid Members Share Posted December 28, 2017 The Adidas "Here 2 create" advert might somehow topple Paddy Powers wheelchair advert for worst ever.Ā
Moderators PowerButchi Posted December 28, 2017 Moderators Share Posted December 28, 2017 The Wheelchair advert stars UKFF favourite 100% Dan Edge though.

Moderators PowerButchi Posted December 29, 2017 Moderators Share Posted December 29, 2017 I still say this is the greatest line in literature history. Ā Quote Ā The first thing Rob instructed me in was sorting out the rounds for the paper boys. This is a pretty basic job, which saw me making up the rounds for the paper boys.Ā Ā Ā The second is "I made your facourite meal. A big roast chicken." Moderators Chest Rockwell Posted December 29, 2017 Moderators Share Posted December 29, 2017 (edited) The UKFF really does turn out the most gifted authors. Ā I think my favourite twosheds excerpt is the passage about the old man. Edited December 29, 2017 by Chest Rockwell
Guest
You shouldn't say that, old man. This is no place for the posts of an old man.

My best mate has bailed on our NYE plans for some girl he's only met twice, which means I'm either staying in or going out on my own. I'm not sure which is more depressing. Paid Members I Bent My Wookie Posted December 31, 2017 Paid Members Share Posted December 31, 2017 Mate head out by yourself. The best birthday and new year I had was when I ended up being bailed on, went out by myself and ended up not having to worry about everyone else enjoying themselves, where they wanted to go and leaving when they felt ready to go. It's such a party atmosphere midnight hits and it doesn't matter who's around.Ā
Paid Members SpursRiot2012 Posted December 31, 2017 Paid Members Share Posted December 31, 2017 I personally hate New Years Eve. It's the ridiculous expectation that you must go out and have a "banging" night. Nah. I'm staying home, eating steak and watching Black Mirror.Ā
