Fog Dude
Bloody Bosnians. My d2d losing streak continues. You said something much harsher initially! The result went into the original post on Saturday night, then the table was figured out yesterday and uploaded here just now. As noted above, after a goalless draw left both sides in the relegation zone, it meant Rory got his D2D wrong and 16 of the other 17 participants who picked on time rightly disagreed with him. He also kept up tradition by being joint worst performer alongside Bradyisgod22, who picked late which voided his D2D bet. That slip allows MVP RULZ to extend his lead back up to 41 points. With an average score of 5.47 points, it was another low-scoring round. Nobody got more than 1 exact scoreline right, and only the two equal best scorers Ratty and Briefcase made it into double figures. The gap at the wrong end has increased to 13 points too. Away wins by the odd goal in five at Goodison and in Dingwall caught most people out, as did Hibs' failure to cause another shock in the remaining Scottish tie. A narrower victory on the road in the Lisbon derby didn't prove fruitful either, whilst more comfortable ones at strugglers based at St James's and the Bentegodi were a mixed bag at best. A stalemate in Turin didn't yield too many points, and surprisingly yet another loss for Norwich was tough to guess beforehand as well. Sunderland's good at St Mary's performance and a late equaliser for the home side were equally difficult to foresee. With D2Ds now over for another season, 3 of the next 4 rounds will be straightforward, with the normality punctured only by a mess caused by the conflation of an international break and Easter. In Week 35, a brand new element will be introduced to the FPL! Details will be revealed in due course. In the meantime, there'll be an ordinary set of 10 in a new thread shortly...
