Just noticed that I didn't put a score in for the League Cup final. It is in there now!

You should've posted it separately. You've just voided half your picks by editing your earlier post!

The results went into the opening post on Sunday, and the table was figured out yesterday and uploaded here earlier tonight. The mean score was only 5.47 points, which makes my task easier. Top scorer The Ratt was one of only two participants to get two exact scores right, and one of those was the five-goal tussle at Old Trafford, so kudos to him for that. He was also the only player into double figures this time out.

MVP RULZ of course still leads, but his advantage is down to 'only' 38, whilst the gap between the bottom duo has increased to 11. Zebra Kid Mark would've hoped to pull even further clear of Nana given that he got his D2D bet correct as Bayern dispatched last season's runners-up and Cup winners on their own turf. That's always the risk when you pick a club that's an overwhelming favourite for basically all of their domestic fixtures. That said, if he'd chosen Real Madrid or PSG as his team and this week has still been his turn, he'd have lost. So the 4 bonuses he got can be taken as some kind of consolation, I suppose.

The League Cup was decided in a shootout, which made it a dud for FPL purposed, although Man City – and arguably the ref – should never have let it get as far as extra time in the first place. A goalless draw in Sunday's Bundesliga clash didn't prove particularly fruitful either. Closer to home, wins for Leicester, Stoke and Spurs were generally good for at least a point, but Chelsea's late comeback at St Mary's wasn't universally guessed beforehand, and a stalemate at Vicarage Road turned out difficult to foresee too.

An away reverse for Palace at The Hawthorns in was considered the craziest scoreline of the lot, and Saturday evening's outcome yielded as little as the following day's showpiece at the national stadium. A new set of 10 will be up in a separate thread shortly...
