With regards to Conor gassing...

I put it down to Conor setting a pace he couldn't maintain, he fought with recklessness because he believed he was gonna get Nate out of there with little trouble. The weight may not have helped but i put it down to the way he fought more than anything. Conor said it himself post-fight, he wasn't efficient.

I don't understand why we would get a McGregor vs Aldo rematch so soon.

Connor hyped that fight to the moon and won fair and square......surely you would want to pace the rematch a little bit.

Also it is more than clear that Connor gets a big say on who he faces and that just doesn't seem like a fight that will benefit him at all.

So Nate Diaz is medically suspended until April 20th... Or 4/20 you couldn't make this stuff up.

Take no notice of medical suspensions. They mean fuck all really. You just have to find a doctor that'll clear you and that's not difficult in the US.

There's some weird ones though Scott Askham has a 180 day suspension after that walk-off headkick KO without ever really being touched from the London show.

I think it's more that it ends on April 20th than about him being suspended.

Just one of those weird, funny, coincidences.

BT Ratings are in.

Prelims - 65,000
Main Card - Average 120,000, Peaked @ 295,000. They had a 10.86% share of TV viewership in the UK during that time.
Repeat of main card got just 7000.

Those live numbers are really strong though. 3 - 6AM. On BT a subscription only channel.
BT's Premier League numbers average between 300,000 & 700,000 to put in perspective.
I'd imagine the repeat numbers where rubbish due to anyone interested either watching live or having recorded and watch Sunday at a suitable time.

... or, having recorded it like me, having a tantrum because McGregor lost and deleting it unwatched

Do they still use BARB for ratings?

The most interesting bit for me is wondering what the other 90% of TV viewers at 3am in the morning were watching!! SuperCasino?!?!

I'd imagine they where all watching Red Hot Mums XXX...

In all seriousness though 10% is pretty decent number even considering the time. There's a billion other channels available. Half of them showing porn. And to be honest if you switched on during the Vilante bout you probably flicked back over to porn.
