Paid Members Jazzy G Posted February 7, 2016 Paid Members Share Posted February 7, 2016 That first one is a bit David Lynch. The second one is just wrong. There were some good teams & guys passed through Memphis. Whole episodes turn up on Youtube.

Awards Moderator HarmonicGenerator Posted February 7, 2016 Awards Moderator Share Posted February 7, 2016 I really liked the Nathan Jones ones, they did their job and got me hyped to see what he'd do. What he'd do turned out to be a letdown since the way he actually wrestled wasn't anywhere near the mental intense smash-em-up character I was expecting. Gutwrench suplexes? Come on! Â I'd like them to bring Jones back, but as his Rictus Erectus character from Fury Road.
MungoChutney
I remember seeing the Brakkus ones when I was about 12/13 and thinking he was coming in to tear shit apart. Â Also loved the Taz build up with the Orange glow and music randomly interrupting people before his debut at Rumble 2000.
Direct Impact
What about Brodus Clay ones showing how much of a take no shit monster he was for weeks - then he came out dancing to somebody call my momma. I wonder if the swerve was always the plan?
Paid Members Carbomb Posted February 7, 2016 Paid Members Share Posted February 7, 2016 Razor Ramon's ones were always memorable to me. Loved them all. Â ADDED: Was that "Seven" character supposed to lead to anything, or was the "shoot" interview at the end always the idea? Think the Victor Salva "child molestation" case came up because the film "Powder" came out, which this vignette was based on, and it had to be dropped quick. Someone on here said it was because the management changed, and therefore decided to change direction creatively, dispensing with all the hokey characters.
