Paid Members Tommy! Posted January 2, 2016 Paid Members Share Posted January 2, 2016 I liked Scotty Flamingo as a name, suited the character and just fine. I liked Johnny Polo as a name too, which is somehow worse anyway. Â Justin Credible was a fine name again, I don't have any issue with it. I liked the catchphrase it led into and the crowd chants that could play off it. He wasn't great fun to watch but I have no issue with the name. DraxSpago
Muffy Mower, was that Stephanie's fitness trainer that made one appearance on Heat in 2000 and never appeared again? I seem to remember reading years ago her character was binned because Steph got insecure about people thinking she needed a trainer, it's probably bollocks but it was odd she only turned up once or twice
NeverLeaving
I have to also say Dolph Ziggler, it is a testament to him as a person that he managed to get that name over, Kizzarny is another one that should never have been made up, Bam Neely, Braden Walker are in the mix as well. ninevisions
I'm surprised Key didn't make the list.
PSF
Edge is pretty pants to be fair and again a testament to the wrestler to get it over. A name needs at least two syllables for chanting purposes or even a nickname, Austin, Rocky, Hogan, Hitman, HBK, Cena, Orton, Goldberg, all chantable names, but how do you chant for Edge or The Rated R Superstar??? Paid Members extacy of farts Posted January 3, 2016 Paid Members Share Posted January 3, 2016 Braden Walker should have made the list surely!
Paid Members Arch Stanton Posted January 3, 2016 Paid Members Share Posted January 3, 2016 It's worst names, not worst wrestlers. As names go, Braden Walker is pretty ordinary. If he'd got over, nobody would have thought twice about the name.
Paid Members ElCece Posted January 3, 2016 Paid Members Share Posted January 3, 2016 Branden Walker is vanilla but not bad. Justin Hawk Bradshaw i hated when i was younger. Isaac Yankeem is the one i disliked the most though. That would probably get my vote.
Jackpot
Neville is a fucking shit name on it's own.  As a first name or surname, it's alright. On it's todd it's just shit.  It's not intimidating or sound hard, it's just shit.
Undefeated Steak
Always thought Test had a naff ring name. Probably moreso that I was at school at the time he was first in WWF and associated the name with exam tests. Â Curtis Axel was a shite ring name. Paid Members extacy of farts Posted January 3, 2016 Paid Members Share Posted January 3, 2016 Curtis Axel was a shite ring name. Â It was a slight improvement considering he debuted as Curt Axel but still just as shit.
Paid Members Arch Stanton Posted January 3, 2016 Paid Members Share Posted January 3, 2016 Agree completely with Neville, worst name in WWE currently. At least Dolph Ziggler sounds showbizzy.
Mr.Showtime
"Big E" isn't very good as a name, is it? CM Punk is another that's just weird the more I look at it, although not a WWE creation so maybe doesn't count...
Slapnut
Yep, Neville is a rubbish name, and I'm worried that the next bunch of NXT call-ups will just be called Balor, Enzo, Cass and Zayn.
