GPW Kristian Zane
Also, why couldn't The New Day have put Devon through the table? Seems to be a rule nowadays that heels can't get heat without the face clearing them from the ring by the end of it.
WyattSheepMask
Was ok for what it was, which as has been mentioned already is nothing more than a house show. I would have like to have seen The Dudleys win the tag belts, even if they would just drop them straight back at HIAC. Would have given the show an "anything can happen" type moment that might encourage more people to watch. Obviously there was no way that Lesnar was ever going to lose to Big Show, and having him smash his way through Show in under 5 minutes keeps Lesnar a believable monster and his 'as soon as he hits a suplex, you're fucked' aura alive. Â Whilst we've said nothing of real consequence happened on this show, this is exactly the kind of thing the network should have. Not too many, but two or three a year would suffice
Paid Members JNLister Posted October 6, 2015 Paid Members Share Posted October 6, 2015 IIRC, the rough plan was to eventually average one "non-PPV" live show a month, so about half would be NXT TakeOvers and then the rest would either be a special show like Elimination Chamber, or televised house shows (so to speak) like this, the King of the Ring and the Japan special.
