Paid Members Sergio Mendacious Posted June 2, 2015 Paid Members Share Posted June 2, 2015 Just had a cracking can of potato, chicken, and corn soup — tins of soup are a weakness of mine.
MungoChutney
I used to have a massive weakness for curry micro noodles. There's something like 10g of saturated fat in each wee pot but I could easily demolish two of these at lunchtime.    Also, the best use for stuff like tinned chilli or meatballs is definitely as a topping for something. Who can be arsed making a chilli from scratch when you get in from work and fancy tacos? Wouldn't eat the chilli on it's own I don't think but would definitely use it to pull together something a bit more substantial.
Mr_Danger
Ha look at that serving suggestion. Green beans and sausages with your curry micro noodles, fucking mavericks .

Really Big Shoe
I think in the US they have a dinner you can get called Hungry Man, which according to the box includes 1lb of food~!   I think they would catch on in the UK too

With the brownie too. I might have a crack at one someday, although my dad got sick on the holiday with a clams casino ready meal — pretty ill-advised, if you ask me. Sphinx
Tinned chicken curry is a go-to when I can't be arsed.
pryko
Today's lunch  A piece of cake costing 70p from the Portuguese bakery, 4 Greggs custard Doughnuts, and Cutters Choice. It's wonderful so far. Your lunch was a cake, followed by 4 doughnuts?  I salute you sir.

Rey_Piste
I popped into Iceland last night, Iwas going to get some Ostrich burgers and some Kangaroo steaks. In a moment of weakness I ended up buying 2 frozen Pukka pies and a philly cheese steak pasta bake thing. The pasta bake was quite nice, but I woke up with stomach cramps this morning and shat hot magma out of my arse. So whilst I initially enjoyed a dirty microwave meal, I am regretting it today. They also do an XL version which was 1.5LB's for awful food!
WyattSheepMask
So where do we stand on ranking the fast food chains?
Moderators PowerButchi Posted June 3, 2015 Author Moderators Share Posted June 3, 2015 Burger King's top because they let you put extra patties on the XL Bacon Double Cheeseburger for a £1 each. I'll normally add two.
WyattSheepMask
Speaking of the King, they've started doing Chicken 'Fries' round out way. They're nice, but £2.80 for six!
