Probably one for Keiths BONE APPLE TEA thread, but its apparently pass muster, not pass MUSTARD.

Eminem clears this all up quite nicely with these lyrics.

Cause it wasn't that long ago when Marshall sat, luster lacked, lustered
'Cause he couldn't cut mustard, muster up nothing

TIL that people stuck in their ways, can still surprise you. My dad is a good bloke, and comfortable with his life. A big old North Yorkshire man and creature of comfort, who doesn’t wish harm on

.....that my wife and I are expecting our first child. We are over the moon!

Who upset the honkey?

Today I learnt that the founders of Bebo sold the company in 2008 to AOL for $850m, netting the two blokes $595m profit. It was described as "one of the worst deals ever made in the dotcom era" and cost then-CEO of AOL, Randy Falco, his job. Five years later the company declared bankruptcy and the two original founders bought it back for $1m. They relaunched the site as a kind of streaming platform in partnership with Twitch and then sold the company again, this time to Amazon for $25m.

Jammy, but savvy, bastards.

TIL: that in addition to being a daft racist, The Hulkster covered a notorious paedophile back in 1993, releasing a version of Gary Glitter’s ‘I’m The Leader of the Gang (I Am)’

In fairness, Glitter hadn't been revealed to be a paedophile by the time Hogan recorded the cover, and that song was a massive hit in its time.

As an aside to that, for whatever reason Glitters crimes are largely ignored stateside anyway. Still often hear Glitter at US sporting events.

I don't think Glitter himself had any real cultural foothold in the States, so it's only Rock & Roll Part 2 you'll ever hear over there, with no real understanding of who recorded it.

I learned that Domhnall Gleeson is the son of fellow Irish actor Brendan Gleeson which shouldn’t be as surprising as it was. This was brought to me via Domhnall’s episode on Off Menu where he talked about his new show that he’s in with his dad and brother.

The person who was behind the logo and set re-design of wcw and Nitro in April 99 was the same person who was involved with TNA in 2002, Jay Hassman.

He was the one that was incorrectly telling them they were making way more money on PPV than they actually were resulting in the Jarrett’s spending more money than they were making .

Mark Knopfler wrote "Private Dancer". He was up for doing it with Dire Straits. Somebody pulled him aside and gave it to Tina Turner.
