Drfunke Posted January 6, 2015 Share Posted January 6, 2015 Hi gents, sorry for a daft post but my sister in law is looking for some help getting rid of a menu that keeps popping up on her phone. Can't figure out how to disable it. Keeps coming up whenever she goes on a website... Any help is appreciated. Might be that it can't be disabled. King Pitcos Posted January 6, 2015 Share Posted January 6, 2015 What's the menu? Some of the text in it would make it easier to google a solution, assuming other people have had the same problem. Â A factory reset might be worth a go, but depending on how much stuff is on the phone it might mean hours backing up photos etc first then redownloading apps after.
