Merzbow
Three of us posted this at the exact same time in different threads.. Â I wonder if they'll start blocking VPN's etc like Netflix are reported to do, cos it'll still be cheaper to buy the US version right?
Glass Smash
Three of us posted this at the exact same time in different threads..  I wonder if they'll start blocking VPN's etc like Netflix are reported to do, cos it'll still be cheaper to buy the US version right?  Come on like saving £3 quid is going to matter? Considering that most UK fans will be pleased they're not paying £20 each just for the PPV's.
Direct Impact
I'll prob get it for first 3 months Rumble to Wrestlemania. Watch loads and get the main ppvs. Then can have a break from it.
Paid Members Your Fight Site Posted January 4, 2015 Author Paid Members Share Posted January 4, 2015 Think I’m just going to keep my US subscription going instead of converting to the UK rate of £9.99 as it’s cheaper. I’m paying for Unblock-Us any way for the US Netflix library, so it makes no sense for me to drop the US subscription and start paying for the genuine UK one.  Plus, I don’t see what WWE have to gain from geo-blocking now the Network’s available in the UK, unless it’s a different library. I’ll also be interested to see the number of people in the UK who were already subscribed to the Network, and the uptake after it officially becomes available in the UK. I can’t imagine the subscription increase being that great as I’d hazard a guess that those UK-based who wanted the Network, will already been subscribed via other means like me. Otto Dem Wanz
I'll prob get it for first 3 months Rumble to Wrestlemania. Watch loads and get the main ppvs. Then can have a break from it.  I'll do the same as long as there is no commitment period - is anything mentioned about this? Pleased we're getting the "full" version even if it is a bit more expensive compared to the US.  EDIT  WWE Network will be available £9.99 in the U.K. and €12.99 in Ireland with no commitment.  Good news
DCW
Pity there's no free month to compensate for the fiasco when they tried to launch it initially. €13 is a bit much for something I only occasionally watched when I had the free US trials, might get it for Mania though. Paid Members PunkStep Posted January 4, 2015 Paid Members Share Posted January 4, 2015 So the £9.99 per month...is that per calender month or per 30/31 days from subscription date? Bit cheeky if its the former, seeing as the launch is almost the third week into the month.  Fuck it, I'll get it now.
Undefeated Steak
Great news. It'll be strange not watching the Rumble on a shittyrulez pop-up infested stream.
Ars
Hopefully I'll be able to watch this through the PS3 now without it crashing on startup.

Can't say I've had a problem with the PS3 app, as that's mainly how I watch it. Does it crash all the time, or just every now and again?
neil is brill
I'll probably get it through my PS4, but if it's available on Smart TVs I'll probably use that too, whatever is the smoothest experience.
Paid Members Arch Stanton Posted January 4, 2015 Paid Members Share Posted January 4, 2015 Last time it was due to launch here, didn't they say the price would still be $9.99? Bit cheeky that they've upped it. Â Doubt I'll be bothering either way though.

Paid Members Your Fight Site Posted January 4, 2015 Author Paid Members Share Posted January 4, 2015 I had a look on my girlfriend's parents' Smart TV but couldn't find the WWE app on there. Hopefully that'll change now the Network's officially going to be available in the UK.
