The superflys, Ricky knight and Jimmy Ocean are holding a Training seminar at grapplers gym Norwich Sunday 9th feb. the Flys who dominated the UK Tag division for over 15 years, will be teaching all aspects of the business, tech wrestling, single and tag, big feature on tag wrestling, promos, character development, question and answer, this is the first time the superflys have held a training seminar together. the session will run from 1pm-6pm and will cost just ten pound per head. Â Yes he is bud its marvelous what they can do nowadays, luckily he got to hospital on time, another advert for having a medic back stage at shows.
