Paid Members DEF Posted May 10, 2013 Paid Members Share Posted May 10, 2013 Obviously I highly regard some of the previously mentioned villains particularly Hans Gruber, Simon Phoenix and Cyrus Grissom.  Eric Roberts whenever he works heel.  The suburbs would be a boring place without Dr Werner Klopek  Absolutely ruthless
Paid Members air_raid Posted May 10, 2013 Paid Members Share Posted May 10, 2013 Â That's the right moment too. That's the moment that every kid watching had their heart broken. The first moment, anyway. Â Fucking hell, Hot Rod. You knob.
Paid Members niff Posted May 10, 2013 Paid Members Share Posted May 10, 2013 My first choices have already been mentioned but wanted to add   Les Grossman from Tropic Thunder, utterly disgusting but effective.   Terminator 2 T1000  Honourable mentions for Dr Evil and the Master in Dragon *shudder*
Ghostface1982
Tong Fucking Po, from Kickboxer. Need a brother paralyzed and a girlfriend raped - he's your man. Â Trivia tastic but he was one the legion henchman sent to America to bring back JCVD in A.W.O.L He was also the thai boxer who's leg Chong Li snaps in Bloodsport. Paid Members Arch Stanton Posted May 10, 2013 Paid Members Share Posted May 10, 2013 If you haven't seen it yet, check out Iron Man 3. Ben Kingsley as The Mandarin is one of my favourite movie villians ever. Â Â Won't talk anymore about how much of a horrible bastard he is, as it's a current release and don't want to encourage spoilers. Just go and see for yourself. Paid Members wandshogun09 Posted May 10, 2013 Paid Members Share Posted May 10, 2013 He was also the thai boxer who's leg Chong Li snaps in Bloodsport. Â Fuck me, I had no idea that was the same bloke. And I must have watched Bloodsport about a thousand times as a kid. Â Â Quite a transformation. Stylin_and_Profilin
Yeah apparently Van Damme was pretty good in the old 'jobs for the boys' department and got a few of his close friends and old sparring partners cameo roles in a lot if his films when he hit the big time. Paid Members bAzTNM#1 Posted May 11, 2013 Paid Members Share Posted May 11, 2013 Both of them flew to America is search of fame on the same plane too. Must be right good buddies.
Magnum
A lot of my favourites have been mentioned already - Bennett, Mitchum, Drago. I'm a huge fan of this guy, though: Â Â There was a thread a few weeks back about celebrities and fictional characters who'd make good wrestlers. Gaston would be a perfect wrestling heel. Vain. Cheats to win. A big unit, though not averse to playing the chickenshit heel when the moment calls for it. Best of all, he's 100% clean, achieving his blue-chip physique the old fashioned way, with about a million eggs a week.
Paid Members PunkStep Posted May 11, 2013 Paid Members Share Posted May 11, 2013 Gaston was a right cunt, good call. Â Don't agree with Twinn's nomination of Micky & Mallory. Although they were serial killers, I would say they were anti-hero protagonists rather than baddies. Tom Sizemore was definitely the baddie in that film. Â I'll add this prick: Â Â I don't like Plan B. He looks like a wrong'un and I think his music is terrible. But credit where credit is due, he was perfect at playing a right horrible shit in Harry Brown. Compellingly believable, I was dying for someone to give him a right good kicking. Nasty piece of work and you just know South London have plenty like him.
Professor Paul's Bin
Plan B was surprisingly good but Michael Caine was excellent in that film. He was so believable in the role which he portrayed. Â I'd like to mention Karl (Alexandra Godunov) who sadly passed away in 1995. Maybe not the best Villain but an excellent right hand man. Moderators Chest Rockwell Posted May 11, 2013 Moderators Share Posted May 11, 2013 Because of my recent obsession with rock climbing, I rewatched Cliffhanger for the first time in many years last night/this morning*. John Lithgow as Qualen is a brilliant baddie in this film. Â Â Even though he's not actually English he does "Sinister Englishman villain" really well. You know he's a cold motherfucker, but the moment where he offs Kristal finally cements that he doesn't give a shit about anything but the money. Â Â Â * my falling asleep during the film has no relation to its quality. It really is great.
Stylin_and_Profilin
Some good ones in here so far. Â Â This guy was scary but at the same time quite cool, probably because i was keen on Demolition in the wrestling i made the connection. He also spoke quite calmly and came across as reasonable as opposed to some bat shit lunatic.
Paid Members Devon Malcolm Posted May 11, 2013 Paid Members Share Posted May 11, 2013 This spoiled that scene for me forever:- Â
