The next contest signed for Sunday May 26th’s Road To Thunder is one that you won’t want to miss as in Cruiserweight action you will see three of the most exciting performers in Europe collide in a spectacle not to be missed as Noam Dar, Mark Haskins and ‘White Lightning’ Mark Andrews will go at it in an all action three way dance!

Ever since we rejuvenated the Cruiserweight Division with the cruiserweight championship tournament which culminated at last years Revolution at the London Troxy, the division has evolved and developed into one of the most exciting in the entire wrestling world and this contest is an example of exactly why.

May 26th will be the opportunity that Mark Andrews has been waiting for as he will make his RevPro Debut and will be looking to make an instant impact and earn himself a dream title shot against a man whom he considers an inspiration. Renowned for his spectacular style of offence Andrews is the perfect fit for Revolution Pro Wrestling and the perfect participant for this 3 way match.

Mark Haskins has made it clear that he wants a shot at cruiserweight Championship gold currently held by Prince Devitt. Haskins is on a singles match winning streak which includes victories over the likes of El Ligero, Will Ospreay and ECW legends Yoshihiro Tajiri & Jerry Lynn. He is in what he believes the form of his career yet he feels he is being overlooked for title opportunities and forced to continue to prove himself time and time again. With matchmakers insisting that if he keeps up his run of form it will only be a matter of time before he gets the title opportunity he is so desperate for, an impressive showing here is essential. Haskins isn’t known for his patience and will be looking to take it out on his opponents on Sunday Mary 26th.

Scotland’s prodigy Noam Dar will be looking to rebound from a frustrating start to 2013 having missed out on No Holds Barred due to injury and being omitted from the High Stakes line up, Dar will be looking to right that wrong, impress matchmakers and looks to build on the impressive run he was beginning to embark upon. Surely it’s only a matter of time before Dar can put together a run impressive enough to warrant a singles championship match and what better place to start than on the Road To Thunder!

With so many possibilities, whatever way you try to paint it on Sunday May 26th you will see three of the most talented performers plying their trade in the UK right now, each with a different agenda and each with a reputation for breathtaking performances. This one could be very special indeed. GET YOUR TICKETS NOW!www.revolutionprowrestling.com

The next contest signed for Sunday May 26th’s Road To Thunder is a heavyweight grudge match as former British Heavyweight Champion ‘The Human Hate Machine’ Dave Mastiff will go one on one with Rampage Brown.

A routine contenders match which under normal circumstances would be a mouth watering encounter between two of Britain’s finest heavyweights was made just that little bit more interesting & just that little bit more personal after High Stakes where Rampage Brown inserted himself into Mastiff’s business causing a premature end to his bout with Andy Boy Simmonz, a man who Mastiff has been having his problems with dating back to last Octobers Uprising weekender.

It was following this attack on Mastiff that Simmonz proclaimed that Rampage Brown was the man he would lead to the British Heavyweight Championship. It’s often been said that Rampage Brown has all the tools to be a world beater, now Simmonz claims he has the direction required to fulfil his full potential.

It would seem that in Simmonz mind, Mastiff a man who has been so close to recapturing championship gold more times than he would care to remember is seen as almost a measuring stick. You make an impact by defeating him, you prove your worth as a championship contender. Unfortunately for camp Simmonz, Mastiff doesn’t budge easily as he has one of the most impressive win/loss records in company history and has knocked back challenge after challenge whilst keeping his hopes of another shot at the championship alive. Mastiff… With Mastiff now not only motivated, but also plain old pissed off and going up against a man who won’t back down an inch we are faced with the prospect of an all out war as this match between the two heavy hitters will no doubt be an example of what heavyweight wrestling in this country is all about.

Whomever picks up the victory in this match will no doubt be one step closer to a shot at heavyweight gold which makes this one all the more important. If there was ever any doubts, this contest is what the term ‘slobberknocker’ was created for. Just two big dudes going at it with one goal in mind. To prove that they are the absolute best.

The next contest signed for Sunday May 26th’s Road To Thunder is one that has huge ramifications both for June 15th’s When Thunder Strikes and for the British Tag Team Championship picture as we will learn who will challenge Project Ego at the world famous York Hall, Bethnal Green.

Live from Sittingbourne you will see one of the UK’s most talked about tag teams and hardest hitters The London Riots, go up against the high flying combination of Paul Robinson and Will Ospreay, The Swords of Essex. In a match that promises to be a high octane dose of pro wrestling at its best!

Just one look at the two teams will give the game away; The Swords and The Riots couldn’t be more stylistically different if they tried, but this creates an intriguing contest that has the mouth watering potential to be a show stealer. Which is saying something on a night of action with the calibre of matches that have already been announced.

There is probably no tag team in the whole of the UK right now that has as much buzz about them as the smash mouth combination of James Davis & Rob Lynch and rightfully so. Their unique style of take no prisoners offence has left a sea of victims behind them. You may not like them but they don’t care. They do their talking in the ring and they will be hoping to add the Swords of Essex to the long list of teams they have dominated and disposed of.

The London Riots have proved to their doubters that they are the real deal and on Sunday May 26th they get the opportunity to earn a shot at the gold that will validate that claim. But it’s not a case of job done already as facing them will be two very confident young men who are capable of doing things that quite simply need to be seen to be believed.

Air traffic control should be put on stand by in Sittingbourne as the Swords of Essex are coming and what they lack in size they more than make up for in sheer guts, determination and passion and that’s without even mentioning their speed, and jaw dropping high flying ability. The London Riots should overlook them at their peril because these two Essex boys have their sights set on Revolution Pro Tag Team Gold and they see The Riots as an obstacle along their path.

Rev Pro matchmakers have been looking for an opportunity to pair Robinson & Ospreay for some time now and believe they have all the potential in the world to go out and wow the wrestling world which is why they have been given such a high profile chance on their first outing as a team in a Rev Pro ring. History dictates that it is those who make the most of these opportunities that ultimately go on to reach & exceed their believed potential. You can bet everything you own that The Flying Aces will not want to waste the opportunity granted to them and as a result will be going all out to not only win the match, but to leave a lasting impression in the hearts and minds of the Sittingbourne faithful!

Two very exciting teams. One highly combustible situation. If there was ever a definition of a tantalising tag team clash then this is it!

The next contest signed for next Sunday May 26th’s Road To Thunder will see former British Tag Team & Cruiserweight Champion, ‘Party’ Marty Scurll go one on one with the debuting livewire Robbie X in another contest that has all the makings of an instant classic.

Robbie X has made somewhat of a name for himself competing for Southside wrestling, where he has gone from zero to hero, capturing the hearts of the fans and winning championship gold in form of the speed king belt. But Sunday May 26th could well prove to be the biggest test of his career he goes into the contest looking to prove he is no one hit wonder and prove that he can duplicate his success in whatever environment he is put in and it doesn’t get more high-pressure than this as the eyes of the entire wrestling world will be on Sittingbourne, next Sunday!

Who knows what Marty Scurll will turn up in Sittingbourne after he cheap shotted Prince Devitt following the conclusion of their epic three way dance also featuring Zack Sabre Jr. at High Stakes. Scurll looked to lay a beating on Devitt before his tag team championship-winning partner Sabre pulled him back. He didn’t hang around for any apologies and quickly exited the building.

We understand that since that time Sabre & Scurll, best friends in & out of the squared circle have talked about the incident with Scurll’s actions being pinned down to yet another heartbreak in failing to re-capture Cruiserweight gold following the months and months of pent up frustration and so many heartbreaks during his year long run in with fellow British Bootcamp contestant Rockstar Spud. They also returned to winning ways for Germany’s WXW showing no signs of friction.

Whatever state of mind Scurll is in, he will be determined to re-focus and get himself back to winning ways as he looks to mount another challenge upon championship gold. This is a contest that Scurll can't afford to loose especially heading into York Hall, Bethnal Green where he will go one on one with MK McKinnan the same man that’s facing his tag team partner, Zack Sabre Jr. next Sunday.

An impressive outing from the youngster from Lincoln could well lead to him becoming a full time part of the most competitive roster in the whole of Europe and will no doubt prove that he is not experiencing ‘beginners luck,’ this is his opportunity to prove what wrestling insiders have been saying for quite some time and that’s that he has the potential to be world class. This is Marty Scurlls opportunity to stop another young pretender, to increase his claim to championship gold and to convince his doubters that he is still at the top of his game.

In many different ways this bout is a must win contest for both guys. But there is only one guaranteed winner in this one, and that’s us, the fans. This one has the potential to be very special indeed!

For the first time since May 15th 2011, Sha Samuels will be walking into Sittingbourne without his prized possession: The Undisputed British Heavyweight Championship. Samuels has reportedly been distraught since he was defeated by Colt Cabana at High Stakes, claiming foul play by referees & officials saying they were influenced by the crowd and by Cabana himself.

We understand in the time between shows Samuels lodged a formal appeal to get the result of the contest overturned. However the complaint fell on death ears, the decision stands and the longest British Heavyweight Championship run is well and truly over.

Samuels when offered the case to compete at Road To Thunder, responded by refusing to sign a contract to fight anyone and insisted that he would be there and he would make his presence felt in whatever way he deemed fit. Who knows what the Londoner has in mind but the fact remains that Sha Samuels is an unbalanced, angry man and come Sunday May 26th Sittingbourne should be on notice because he is coming!

Therefore the current card for Revolution Pro Wrestling ROAD TO THUNDER looks as follows:

I'm very happy to see Robbie make it into RevPro. The progress he has made over the past year has been fantastic and this is a well deserved nod towards how far he's grown. He had the match of his life against Marty so they definitely have chemistry together. With this being his debut I'm not expecting a re-tread, something more in line of their first encounter a year ago as a streamlined match to show where Scurll stands in RevPro right now.
