Or something else entirely?  Originally it was to do with the time Channel 4 had some of the shows -- although Sky got them all back in the end, at the point they started doing some on PPV, the shows during the year were covered by two separate contracts. Robbing cunts I was in my hotel room in Miami last year and couldn't believe the $65 price for it on PPV. You could get a ticket for cheaper than that.
