Again, what is needed is an attraction (like they had with Austin Aries, AJ Styles or Samoa Joe, back in the day) that is actually good. They're not going to get that when they're not up for investing in anybody that is worth arseing about. But still, in the long run there's not the glut of overlooked cruiserweights that there was back in 2002. The WWE snaps the best ones up now.
