Yeah, it became a running joke after Team 3D arrived and were later joined by Brother Runt. But I can only think of a couple more since then like Kahoneys (Balls Mahoney) and Knux (Mike Knox).

The Outlaw was a particularly silly one when they couldn’t decide what to call Billy Gunn for the first month. Most of the others seem like bigger changes. Andrew Test Martin maybe? Junior Fatu for Rikishi?

I think the reason they changed from The Outlaw was due to a WWE threat of legal action as it was too close to the New Age Outlaws. What a name Kip James was though....

Just found the below text on Wikipedia. The last line made me laugh, just so TNA.
