Paid Members niff Posted December 16, 2012 Paid Members Share Posted December 16, 2012 I haven't noticed a thread yet for the PPV tonight, so thought I'd get the ball rolling.  TLC Match: The Shield (Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins, & Roman Reigns) vs. Ryback & WWE Tag Team Champions Team Hell No (Kane & Daniel Bryan) Ladder Match for the Money in the Bank Contract: John Cena vs. Dolph Ziggler Chairs Match for the World Heavyweight Championship: Champion Big Show vs. Sheamus Intercontinental Championship: Champion Kofi Kingston vs. Wade Barrett United States Championship: Champion Antonio Cesaro vs. R-Truth Tables Match: Rey Mysterio & Sin Cara vs. Cody Rhodes & Damien Sandow  Pre-show

I can also see the WHC and IC match going either way as well, but I agree with niff on Sheamus and Barrett.
Joey Joe Joe Jr
Anyone think the 'sword of justice' which The Shield have been referring to, will be Brock? As in, a reference to his sword tat? Â Â Punk on commentary perhaps?
Paid Members IANdrewDiceClay Posted December 16, 2012 Paid Members Share Posted December 16, 2012 Maybe they are talking about Heyman's pork sword. That's how Tommy Dreamer kept a job all those years.
Paid Members Arch Stanton Posted December 16, 2012 Paid Members Share Posted December 16, 2012 Paddy Power offering the following odds: Â The Shield 1/2; Team Hell No & Ryback 6/4 Â Dolph Ziggler 2/9; John Cena 11/4 Â Rhodes Scholars 4/7; Sin Cara & Mysterio 5/4 Â Big Show 1/2; Sheamus 6/4 Â Antonio Cesaro 1/7; R-Truth 4/1 Â Wade Barrett 2/5; Kofi Kingston 7/4 Â Interesting odds for some matches. The heels are the strong favourites in every match, but there's no chance the show will run without a few face wins.
Paid Members air_raid Posted December 16, 2012 Paid Members Share Posted December 16, 2012 How many appearances is Lesnar contracted for? I have a strange irrational feeling he might interfere causing Cena to lose to Ziggler, so they can have a big controntation in the Rumble. Paid Members Arch Stanton Posted December 16, 2012 Paid Members Share Posted December 16, 2012 It seems nailed on that someone will screw Cena out of the win, because surely they couldn't have Ziggler lose the MITB shot and yet a clean win seems equally unlikely. Paid Members IANdrewDiceClay Posted December 16, 2012 Paid Members Share Posted December 16, 2012 AJ is the obvious choice I imagine. AJ has to fuck off out of Cena's storylines eventually, because the Rock isn't going to share screen time with her. Heel turn seems the obvious thing to happen. wrestlingmad
Card looks pretty good. I might stay up for this, hoping for some big bumps in the 6 man TLC. Didn't know about the tag team tables match, hope it's elimination. I hate single table spot matches.
Paid Members Arch Stanton Posted December 16, 2012 Paid Members Share Posted December 16, 2012 Yeah, AJ is a good shout. I wish she would fuck off out of everyone's storylines though. She's had an incredible amount of TV time this year and I'm at the point now where I want to throw my remote through the screen every time she pops up. thegamehhh
I think that either Kane or Daniel Bryan will take the fall in the main event with Ryback getting chased off
Paid Members air_raid Posted December 16, 2012 Paid Members Share Posted December 16, 2012 I think that either Kane or Daniel Bryan will take the fall in the main event  Fall? If it's a TLC match, won't they have to grab something in order to win?  "TLC match" is a complete non-match type anyway. You can use whatever plunder you want in a "ladder match" anyway. Grab the dangling thing, win. The end.
Paid Members GlennCullen Posted December 16, 2012 Paid Members Share Posted December 16, 2012 Didn't realise the 6 man was a TLC match. First match on the big stage, no pressure boys!

Grab the dangling thing, win. The end.  It was announced by Mr. McMahon last week that it would be the 'first ever' TLC match where you have to win by pinfall or submission. So really, it's just a glorified hardcore match.
