Paid Members Southside crew Posted November 26, 2012 Paid Members Share Posted November 26, 2012 Have many English fans voted in the past , if so I would have though that Noam would wrap it up as he has had so much exposure in England compared to any other Scottish guys. AJS269
So not many. No one in 2010 and I think 1 in 2011
The Cum Doctor
It's going to be a 50/50 who wins this. It's either going to be Noam Dar or Mikey Whiplash. Â Why is it? Lionhart has a good chance, so do many others. Â Liam Thomson is a previous winner and I reckon he has a shot. Joe Coffey is getting himself about now and has impressed pretty much everywhere. Could be worth a shout. Â I think it WILL wind up being Whiplash or Noam, but it's not as clear cut as being made out.
jimmyjojojunior
I'd say Joe is in with a hell of a chance considering he's just off a 3 month tour of Japan. No Scot (other than Mikey Whiplash) can claim such a pedigree.
darkestred
Did James Scott not also go out to Japan? Â But I reckon the top three will be some assortment of Noam Dar/Lionheart/Liam Thomson
The Cum Doctor
James Scott didn't do a full tour I don't think. He was wrestling for ICW sooner than planned as far as I remember. Â EDIT: I don't see Liam Thomson being as high this year, and I just can't see Whiplash outside of the top three.

We'll need to see, on a previous note far more than ICW book Jimmy Havok.  I do see Joe doing well, as will Marc.  Davey Blaze too.
jimmyjojojunior
Scott only did a couple days with Zero 1 as he injured his knee.
Leary of Doom
Do you want reasons for voting or will that be at a later stage?

Paid Members SiMania Posted November 27, 2012 Paid Members Share Posted November 27, 2012 Quick question re: eligibility. You say BASED in Scotland like Mikey Whiplash but what about someone who is based elsewhere but is a regular for one or more Scottish promotions, Jimmy Havoc for example? Â If they are not based in Scotland they are not eligible. This has always been the case. Â Ok, so how do we define based in Scotland? Do they have to physically live here or appear on more shows here than elsewhere? Sorry if this seems like nit picking but 'based in Scotland' is quite a broad statement. Â I would define it as a wrestler whom lives in Scotland. Â What if they move house to England during the voting period? Do they get disqualified? Â I have yet to hear of anyone who fits in that catergory. I would probably not disqualify someone in that instance. One wrestler did the opposite last year and I counted votes for them.
