If they're dating though I can't see WWE getting rid of Baretta whilst AJ is in such an important spot. Saying that though they did release Tiffany when she was with Drew McIntyre, but I don't think Drew was in such an important position as AJ is at the moment. I know they could always release whoever they want but ideally I'd think if they have someone in an important feud or place in the card they wouldn't want to be upsetting them outside of the ring by releasing a good friend/partner. The bloke is painfully dull and they've had him lose to just about everyone. I know loses and victories mean nothing but with someone like Swagger it would be very difficult to repackage him into anything worth TV time. Just think when Cole was hot prior to Mania 26 they had Swagger as his trainer and that did nothing. It's not frequent for the WWE to repackage someone into something new and I doubt they would put the time into his character. Just look at the recent 1000th episode of RAW, Swagger lost to Brodus Clay in about 15 seconds and hes a 'former World Heavyweight Champion'. They don't really reference that either these days. That reign was a disaster where the beginning he began to show some character and after 2 weeks it disappeared with a dull feud with Big Show where sometime during April Swagger lost to Taker for no reason. He gathers no heat from the crowd and can you say you've seen a good Swagger match? Maybe an alright one but that's it.
