It's not going to be another enlarged heart for the media to have a field day with is it? He doesn't (or didn't) have the physique to be a big steroid user, but did he like a line or two? Not because I'm one of those "I WONT BE WORKED" knob-ends, but because the timing of the updates, the amount of info in the updates (medical release?), and the timing of those updates.
