Both men are coming off an unsuccessful 4th Anniversary show and will be looking to make a statement. Cruz will be wanting to prove that he can be successful without his former bodyguard who chokeslammed him following the pair's defeat against NGW Tag Team Champions Los Amigos. Â In his first ever NGW Championship shot, Stixx couldn't take the belt away from reigning champion Rampage Brown. Despite Rampage having to use the belt itself behind the referee's back to earn the victory, anyone who know's Stixx will know he will be bitterly disappointed to not be holding the NGW title right now. While he hasn't made his intentions clear currently, one would expect that Stixx will not just roll over and forget about it. A victory over a former champion in Cruz will surely put him in the perfect position to make another claim for the NGW Championship. Â Despite being two of the most heavily featured regulars in NGW over the last two years, this is a first time match in NGW. Â NGW Tag Team Champions Los Amigos will team up with fellow fan favourites, Robbie X & Avian to take on The Predators & Team GB. The history between Robbie X, avian & Team GB has been well documented with their hatred coming to a peak point at 4th Anniversary Show last month in a vicious hardcore match the likes of which have never been seen before at the Eastmount Centre. Â Predators make their first return to NGW following their defeat in the final of the tag team tournament at Eternal Glory in December. They of course lost to current tag team champions El Ligero & Dara Diablo collectively known as Los Amigos. Did not know this was occurring.  Any results from the matches? Well we had 8 wrestlers until Big Tony Mac recieved a fracturered collar bone & dislocated shoulder in his first ever singles match. Total accident, A bad fall from a Matt Myers drop kick. Avian pinned Chris Egan.  The final two matches rolled into one as an elimination tag between Matt Myers/Ricky Halestorm/Xander Cooper v Sam Bailey/Chris Egan/ Caz Crash continued into a rumble. Two referees got destroyed while Myers read a newspaper! As crazy as that sounds, The situation was enhanced by zombie like shoppers watching in open mouthed shock as they scaled the escalators.
