Love

1) John "Messi/Magic" Cena - Lesnar destroying him really put him over the top, IMO. He has the ability to drag my Gran to a heated 15 minute match. He's chucked his missus too, so maybe he'll finally accept a harsh hand job while he signs some sick kids autograph.

2) Daniel "Ronaldo/Bird" Bryan - He isn't John Cena, and he never will be, but Bryan has shown nearly everybody up since his heel turn. IMO, the most consistently good mic performer in WWE. It says a lot about WWEs faith in him that they're having him try and get the best out of their champions two PPVs running. If people ever wondered what Benoit would be like with a bit of ease on the mic etc, this is probably the closest we'll get to it. He's fucking good, basically.

3) Brrrock Llllesnaaarr - He makes everybody else on the roster look soft, by comparison. I love me some wrestling monsters too, and this Lesnar is the best to come along since Goldberg. Cena deserves huge credit for taking the abuse he did during their quick feud, it made Brock look everything he said he was. Now he has Heyman playing his sleazy Jew agent. Shame he'll be away this time next year.

Basically, we need a Cena/Bryan months long feud.

Hate

1) Teddy Long - The boring git still refuses to leave my TV after finally losing his GM job to Mr. 5*. Somebody needs to tell Vince he was caught fingering a young Stephanie, whilst Savage and Sammartino were complimenting each other on how expert and vigorous their wanking technique is.

2) Drew McIntyre - He's hardly on my TV enough to bother about, but when he is he annoys me. He's a sold wrestler and that (and he's Scottish) but his current forced 'point/shout/look at the hard camera' thing to pretend he has charisma grates. Very Nitro jobber of him.

3) Lack of Vince McMahon - I know he got a little over exposed at times, but I miss dear old Vince. He shown during the Punk contract signing what he can bring to the show. He's mental too.

The lack of Sheamus in the Hate 3 is all down to Bryan dragging his blown up arse to a quality match.

Meh, I'm going to be a bit cheeky.

3 Things I currently love in WWE:

1. John Cena. I've been anti-Cena for a fair while, but I've always said it's because he feels fake to me with his crappy homophobic cracks, simpering smile and whole 'I'm a Sesame street wise gangsta thug with a healthy respect for the armed forces.' But this past few months, first with his interactions with the Rock and all the work he's done with Brock and John Laurinitus, he finally feels like the star they want him to. Plus he's dropped all that heat killing smiling at his opponents. Good work

2. Daniel Bryan. Loved him as Bryan Danielson and always hoped something good would happen for him in WWE, but I never thought how well his heel character would catch on. He has superb in his role and just seems to be getting better and better.

3. Brock Lesnar. The Rock was good and everything but the whole Brock return has been incredible. With Johnny Ace there as well it has felt like a whole new show and exciting as hell. Now with special appearances from Triple H and Paul Heyman, woo boy.

3 Things I currently Hate in WWE:

1. Zack Ryder's treatment. I know several people are glad he's dropped off the radar, but the guy was really over, worked hard to do it off his own back, has a different character and can have a decent match. How is he treated, given the US title for 3 weeks (despite raising it's profile) and then jobbed to everyone from Kane to Jack Swagger to Eve. Senseless.

2. Hornswoggle. How is he still employed? He adds nothing anymore and it's questionable whether he ever did.

3. ...Currently trending Worldwide. I DON'T GIVE TWO TUGS OF A DEAD DOG'S COCK WHAT'S ON TWITTER! ESPECIALLY WHEN IT'S SOMETHING FUCKING STUPID LIKE 'BOOTS TO ASSES' OR 'BIG JOHNNY' AND ISN'T REMOTELY PORNOGRAPHIC. Sorry for CapsLock. But sometimes you just have to be a cunt. Well, i do...

3 Things I currently love in TNA:

1. Bully Ray. how great is this guy on the mic? He gets the crowd riled up and can have a pretty exciting brawl. He has improved alot and worked hard at it so I love Bully Ray.

2. Austin Aries. He's got a good look, great on the mic and amazing in the ring. They should push him to the moon (within reason).

3. James Storm. He lost his match but still since he broke with Bobby Roode I think he's been incredible on the mic and very good in the ring. His whole character has come through well. I love the Cowboy right now.

3 Things I currently Hate in TNA:

1. Garrett Bischoff. Has the personality of a dull breeze block but will be pushed to the moon in spite of great talent is kinda disgusting.

2. X Division is dead. Austin Aries is a fantastic face of the X Division but it's over all body has faded. Jesse Sorenson got injured and they lost interest in guys like Kid Kash and Zema Ion. They need some new talent in and give it some time.

3. Crimson. Oldie but goodie, he's ginger and he's shit. He's the Mick Hucknell of wrestling.

Likes in Wrestling 1- PCW.. Bloody love it, cant get enough of it. Basically it rocks!2. WWE PPV's. By and large they are actually being pretty decent at present. Ive really enjoyed the last couple and in general over the last 18months they have helped draw me back into the whole kit and caboodle3. John Cena- Massively on top of his game in the ring and on the mic at present. Dont get the hate for him, based on what happened years ago without possibiity of reappraisal. Head and shoulders above many at presentHates in Wrestling 1. Raw- it's so uneven to poor that it really irritates. Some of it is great, dont get me wrong, but largely it properly shit, based on booking on the fly or trying to sort out demographs, rather than letting the whole thing flow naturally and being better off for it. . Yes, I've started watching it more often (Chat on here, insomniac Fb chat make it more fun) but what Im watching isnt selling the product in the same way that the PPV's do and the A show isnt doing a great job of selling me the PPV's in the first instance either.2. Returning 'Old' Superstars Claiming Top Spots- The Rock/ Lesnar etc.. I dont get it on a personal level. I understand for ratings and crap why they are back. However, the top stars of the moment are having enough trouble establishing themselves at the top for a myriad of reasons. Why do a WCW and bring in old favourites to pop ratings in the short term at the expense of development from within as it wont help build the new generation short term. Do they never learn. It's annoying.3 Tensai/Jack Swagger/Vickie Gurrero/Khali/Clay etc-- Why do they have to pollute our screens :(

Things I Love:

1. Smackdown - I mentioned this in another thread, but it appears to me as though they're turning it into a souped up version of the old WWF Superstars/Challenge shows. They can build up a shit load of guys every week in completely controlled environments, it's a fairly proven formula and I'm glad they're seemingly going with it. I'll take an angle-heavy Raw with 58 title feuds and all the stars, whilst new people "quietly" go on the rise on Smackdown. For years it just looked like a shitter Raw, and to me this new way is a huge step in the right direction. I really, really hate that the Brand Extension has died (I know it went to pieces years ago really, but it's quite clearly a finished concept now), but if it has to go, I'm in favour of it going out like this. I look forward to the continued adventures of ChocCock, Ryback, Cesaro, Damien Cleverwords and the AJ/Bryan story every week. That's a lot of characters it's very easy to give a shit about, and far more than Raw can pull off now (or ever, really, odd Attitude era moments aside).

2. NXT - Times are tough at the moment with the loss of so much of the NXT roster to the above all new Smackdown, but still they proceed with ongoing stories, silliness, and the wonder of William Regal. I have a feeling Redemption's coming to an end with this Revolution viral thing they're running, but to be fair, it's been on borrowed time for ages. Fact is, absolutely nobody leaves this show worse off than when they came to it.

3. John Cena hatred levels on the downswing again - I don't know why exactly, but I can only assume his stirling work in The Rock and Brock feuds has made a few more warm to him. I'm still remain amazed it's taken people this fucking long, and it doesn't half feel like nails down a blackboard to me when people bang on about his smile like he just gave everybody AIDS or something, but I'm just glad some of the usual twerps on the net are running out of reason to have a period about my favourite wrestler. I should note, I don't particularly mean anybody on this forum. Most of the criticisms on here are made without the massive fucking chip most web guys have on their shoulder. The odd ones that don't have Pity to deal with, so they're fucked and deserve it for being so stupid.

Things I Hate:

1. Anybody that continues to slag off the booking of Brock Lesnar - Pull your fucking head out your arse. It's class, it's bang on and it's going to stretch his time and value out a gazillion times more than "Brock runs through Guy A, Brock runs through Guy B, (insert fucking months and months of stuff that they can apparently do with only 30-odd dates to use him), Brock fights a big name at Wrestlemania". And that's all you ever hear in response to how they're currently booking him too. Mental.

2. The Miz wins one, then loses four - I still want to believe there's hope for The Miz (the Rumble long stretch, winning the big one for Team Johnny) but it's a lot of steps back for baby ones forward. I think the ship has sailed, the company's not interested, and I've absolutely no idea how to fix it all. He's a guy that would be Billy Big Bollocks on the Smackdown template I outlined above. A permanent move away from people on Raw that are just there to beat him every week would be great. And yet I'm sure that's not going to happen. He just fucked, isn't he?

3. Chris fucking Jericho - Just piss off shit-tits. His latest Fozzy tour can't come soon enough. His matches don't make me care, his promos are HORRIBLE (like, I was never a massive fan, but I'm unsure how he got quite this bad), his look is turd, and the character is an absolute embarrassment considering his comeback videos and the high status he's been given since the moment he strolled back in. When he leaves, I want the feud to be about his jackets. The jackets are worth so much more than this gonk and are totally wasted on him. I hope the jacket stays.

Things I Love:

1.Daniel Bryan -He's been consistently brilliant for months now,one of the few guys on the roster that I actually look forward to seeing on every show.

2.Brock Lesnar -Delighted to see him back in WWE,things will only get better now that Heyman's back too.

3.Sexy secretary looking Eve - She looks filthy in her secretary outfits, her new role as Ace's assistant also means she won't be wrestling as much, which can only be a good thing.

Things I Hate:

1.Chris Jericho - He annoys me on every possible level, from his crap promos and sloppy matches,to the stupid outfits he wears.Hopefully he'll piss off back to making crap gameshows or playing in his crap band pretty soon.

2.Kane : Just completely bored with him again, don't know how much more mileage they can squeeze out of his character at this stage.

3.CM Punk :He's been very stale lately, and I hate his smart ass promo's like the one during his segment with Big Johnny on Raw on Monday, hopefully Bryan will beat him for the title at OTL,or failing that at least inject some fucking life into Punk.

1. I agree with Zack Ryder, what did he ever do but work hard and get people behind him only to be rewarded for a second then buried completely so he's no value to them. he was never gonna be a World Champ but he was great in the ring. and people LOVED him around that time, he was just a super fun mid card baby face that people could get behind and he could have made money. He may be goofy or a bit silly, but is it sillier than The Funkasaurus? No.

3. Yeah I hate it too, but at least they've toned it down. Occasionally it'll get a mention but now whatevers trending just comes up at the bottom of the screen and thats okay. Its miles better than "KING!! Look, can you believe it!? Such and such is trending worldwide on Twitter....Twitter!" every fucking 3 minutes.

....................................

3 Things I Love

1. Daniel Bryan - this man is a phenomenon, I hope he fueds with John Cena soon, he's just great. His facial expressions, his dickhead promos and his fucking stellar in-ring work make him one of the best performers of this year. YES!

2. Ryback - I'd pay to see him clothesline my own mother and enjoy it. He's a destructive force and I'm excited to see where he goes and if they give him any more story. Early days though.

3. Brock Lesnar and John Cena - I'm going to put them together as the feud was top notch, with the only dissapointment being it lasted a month, but both of them were on top form. John Cena is an incredible performer and Brock doesn't look like he has lost a step. I am looking forward to the year ahead for these two men.

3 Things I Hate.

1. Chris Jericho - What a disaster. I can't really say much more, he was one of my favourite wrestlers for a long time, now i fast forward everything. This return has been awful, go away.

2. The Mid Card/ Tag Team Scene - Its okay, there is a whole lot of awesome performers, I just wish they, you know did more! Lets try and push people rather than the stop start ness. lets help get people over if they can't themselves. Get Tag Teams back again, get managers. Give these guys a few seconds to talk too. It just feels like with a tiny shake up and some more effort that the bottom and middle of the card could be a whole lot more enjoyable.

3. Raw and Smackdown - They look the same as they did 10 years ago, lets change it up, the current colour schemes, logos and designs just make it seem like the Attitude era, lets make it new and edgy rather than just having it look the same as it did before. I want something new and unique to match the younger superstars that are coming up cause we are moving into a new generation here!

A few things i love getting mentioned a lot but rather than go over old ground, i'll throw in a few other things that are currently floating my boat and some that are weighing it down trying to sink it.Loving some of this:1- Bray Wyatt. I've always very much liked Husky Harris, there's just something about the lad that i totally dig and i've always hoped something decent gets done with him. I love the early signs of his latest character, like i'm all over it. I'm very excited about it and what he has to offer. That 'I ain't no white trash' promo is fucking glorious and a neat introduction to the character. I need to make sure i keep up to speed with this one and his developments.2- Ryback. Similar deal with Husky for Skip. I've always liked something about him and hoped he'd return with something good to run with and i think this is what he's always wanted. I love squashes. I love Ryback. I love Rybacks squashes. I don't want them to end anytime soon, i've wanted a Terminator character for a while and Ryback fits it nicely. I adore the power spots he's busting out and look forward to what else he adds. The only thing i'd want to change is the finisher. I think he needs something a bit more destructive.3-Tag Team wrestling seemingly being about again in WWE. If i'm wrong on that, then that post about that Jim Ross seminar. I fucking loved that and got me remembering why i love this shit to begin with. Not so much on these:1- The Bryan, Show, Henry, Orton cross feud never being realised and now the lot of them (minus Bryan) milling about aimlessly with no real direction or purpose. A great, great shame.2-Everyones taken Chris Jericho and everything that needs to be said has been said. Sheamus and his worthless title reign can join him though. That his push and title win is a direct result of my number 1 only strengthens the hate.3-And uh...CM Punks top rope elbow.

Nah they don't. Not at all. They're not going to change the colour schemes and nor should they. Although, in saying that Raw has white ropes these days you know! But it's nothing like the hanging on of attitude era it was about ten years ago. It's gradually changed over the time to all bright lights and shiny and glam. A stark contrast to ten years ago tbf.I proper love a gritty, edgy underground look to my wrestling but it wouldn't fit todays WWE at all.

Love

1: Daniel Bryan & AJ - Daniel Bryan has turned into such a cool character, ever since the title win in December that I was originally not in favor of. Other than when he beat up Michael Cole on one of the early NXT's, he always seemed so bland to me. But not now, the "Yes!" stuff has made entire shows fun, his matches on TV are usually really good, and he has brought AJ out to be the first women's wrestler I've actually cared about since Trish and Lita were around. He's verbal put downs are just so funny as well. I don't want the story to ever end :)

2: Big Time Matches - I love that we have had a few matches with real big time feels to them recently, with plenty seemingly on the horizon as well. Of course we had Rock/Cena and Triple H/Undertaker HIAC at Wrestlemania, as well as Cena/Lesnar at Extreme Rules. All of which I was more than happy to part with money to see, and I loved every second of all three matches. I didn't even mind the finish to Cena/Lesnar, I stood by and watched everyone doing all the moaning about it becuase it didn't even bother me. There is so many matches that I want to see now with Rock and Brock around, some of which I can see happening for sure. Plus there's online rumors of Austin coming back for another match and even of Shawn Michaels coming out of retirement.

3: New Superstars - They've gone quite far with debuting some new acts post Wrestlemania this year. Of course Brock returned as previously mentioned, but earlier on in that evening we got the debut of the Lord Tensai character. Now I'm probably the only person in the world that actually doesn't mind him, I wouldn't go overboard and say he's good or anything, but he's certainly not as bad as some people make him out to be. He doesn't seem to be anyway.

Ryback however, I'm in full agreement with most of the people that have commented on him here. He's great, hopefully they build him up and they will have a top line star on their hands. Damien Sandow as well, we haven't actually seen him in the ring on Smackdown yet. I do love the character though. Then there's the tag team of Titus O'Neal and Darren Young that I have really enjoyed watching over the past couple of weeks. Titus more so, he reeks of charisma, he has the look, the size and the cool attire to be a star on his own. I would prefer to see him in the team though, as that is one of the biggest things that needs some attention at the moment. The tag team situation. They need a proper name, and then they can start replicating it with some other NXT/FCW guys.

Hate

1: Brodus Clay - I'm so damn sick and tired of seeing him seemingly on every Raw, Smackdown and PPV. He was cool at first, but he has gotten old quicker than anticipated. As soon as I hear those two damn dancers talking on the mic to introduce him I just cringe and press fast forward. Give him the boot, he has nothing on Rikishi.

2: Kane - He shouldn't still be around. He was one of my favourites when I got into wrestling, but he had gotten stale after that feud with Shane McMahon. 9 years ago. When people were bumming his mic work in the Summer of 2010 I quit Smackdown for a good couple of months. Nothing has changed now, even though he has the mask back on. He is shit.

3: Chris Jericho - I will say that I enjoyed his match with CM Punk at Wrestlemania, and loved the rematch at Extreme Rules. But. Other than that, he's return has been a complete disaster. His stuff in January was a mess, he did nothing big at the Royal Rumble after telling everyone he would, he's Chamber spot was stupid, the build to the Wrestlemania match was shit. (Breathes), he broke the beer bottle in his hand, he then slipped on said beer onto his arse, he is wearing a flashing lighted jacket, he is a 40 year old wearing the same leather trousers he had on 12 years ago. On top of all of that, he is talking like he did before he left last time doing the suit gimmick. All I can make of the whole thing is that his attire and age points me into the direction of thinking he has a Mid Life Crisis gimmick. Go away Jericho.

Another big hate I've got is the WWE title belt design I've never liked it and when it first came around in 2005 I was sure it was going to be a temporary belt. Instead its been around longer than the majority of title belts and it looks tacky as fuck. I had my hopes up that Punk was gonna change it when he was decent last year but that was bollocks.

I still have hope that either Brock or The Rock change the belt design if/when they win it. It's a design at least three years past it's function, given that it's Cena's belt design and Cena isn't a chavy rapper anymore. Even John boy deserves better.

Love:

Ryback. The best monster to come along in ages. The annoying little Colin Delaney-esque jobbers are a fun touch and he looks the part. I could watch him destroy jobbers for months to come.

Punk and Bryan being in good positions. You'd have been laughed at in 2005 if you suggested these two would be on a PPV wrestling for the WWE belt. Just shows how hard work and genuine talent pays off.

Wrestling in general. 2012 has been excellent. Rock, Lesnar, Cena, Punk, Bryan have all had cracking 2012s so far. We have a ton of new guys coming through who are all fun (I'm one of the only guys that likes Tensai too. Never seen his Japanese stuff though and I'm not a pervert Pity). NXT is often hilarious. TNA is always great too. Aries, Roode and Ray are unmissable.

Hate:

The Great Khali. Fuck the ironic love for him, he's shit. So fucking shit. How is it possible for somebody his size to make his offence look so weak?

JTG being back on NXT. He's also shit. Fuck off. I get the idea that Regal genuinely despises him which cheers me up.

Negative nancys. Wrestling fans are too fucking negative. If you don't like it, stop watching. It seems some people get no pleasure at all from watching it, so why continue? I've been watching Neighbours my whole life. I stopped last year because it got unbearably shit. My life is still the same. I wish the people who said stuff like 'if cena wins ill stop watching lol' would stick to their word. Also, the cunts who hate something so much they have to upload a Youtube video venting their anger are the absolute worst. Scum of the earth. Cunts.

3 things I love...1) WWE superstars & NXT - I love the B shows. Always have really. They kinda give me what I want as a fan but in a condensed form. Whether it be the craziness of the current NXT storylines or that every other week you get a gem of a match (Hunico or Tyson Kidd matches usually) on Superstars and it's not like loads of people watch so you don't get the "blah blah should've gone over" crap you get from the main shows (mainly 'cos nobody cares about the wrestlers outside of myself and 2 or 3 other losers most likely.)2) Squash matches (When done right) - I love the Ryback squash matches or Brodus Clay quick wins. For me they sometimes break up an episode of Raw or Smackdown and it's always fun to watch somebody get destroyed in a matter of seconds. Also when done right tends to get them over as monsters pretty effectively. 3) Daniel Bryan - He's just all kinds of brilliant.3 things I hate...1) Wade Barrett being injured - By far my favourite wrestler in WWE right now. Oozes charisma and is decent in the ring. Can't wait for him to return.2) OTT negativity - Like the Brock losing to Cena thing, seriously some people need to see the bigger picture. It was like when Christian lost the world title after 5 days, so many complaints, but it actually lead to some of the best matches of 2011 with Orton, a heel turn which IMO did more for him than remaining face and another run (even if that was lacklustre too in some respects). Some people just need to chill and see the bigger picture and if they don't like, just don't watch. It's why I stopped watching Eastenders years a go, even tho once I was a fan.3) No tag team division - teams thrown together, never given mic time or time to develop. I know tag team wrestling isn't the main draw in the company but team teams fighting always provides a different dynamic to the show.

LOVE:

1) Brock Lesnar: For someone who never claimed to like or understand professional wrestling, he's so fucking good at it. He has far more aptitude for pro wrestling than anything he has done or will do in his life, so it's a pity he hates it so much, but he's also one of those performers you can make a case for less being more in terms of his overall exposure, so the fact that he's not around too often/won't be sticking around too long may actually be a good thing in retaining his star power.

2) Bobby Roode: TNA has a lot of faults, but for my money, they can book a strong heel better than anyone. Bobby Roode is an absolute star, and has been my favourite thing in wrestling for ages, so I love the fact they've given him a 6-month title run. He's absolutely good enough for the WWE, but bringing him in as anything less than a world title contender would be a waste of a ready-made main event player.

3) WWE Creative: I've slated the WWE creative team on this forum countless times over the last 2-3 years, so I must give them credit where and when it's due. While they're still shit at actually creating new stars, they've proven they know how to book a legitimate star when they have one on their hands. Rock/Cena and Triple H/Taker at Wrestlemania had the feel of the huge PPV main events of the past, and the booking of Lesnar's return in general has been note perfect. I don't even have a problem with him losing at Extreme Rules, because even Cena hasn't been half as grating as I usually find him now that he has other people of a similar or greater level of star power to play off. I love the added edginess of the segments with Lesnar, and openly acknowledging the MMA element in his promotion, ring wear and moveset has worked brilliantly.

HATE:

1) Garrett Bischoff: I think others have said pretty much all there is to say about him, but he's walking proof that the lessons of Erik Watts still haven't been learned. On paper, a good looking rich kid who's the son of a powerful heel authority figure and doesn't really have the talent to get over on his own steam seems like a perfect heel character, so why anyone thought he'd make a good underdog babyface is a mystery to me. If Garrett Bischoff is to be used at all, it should be exactly as Shane McMahon was in 98/99.

2) The WWE world titles: Despite the marked improvement in the overall WWE creative direction recently, I'm disappointed that the world titles still mean fuck all. Let's be realistic, with Cena/Rock, Cena/Brock and HHH/Taker on a PPV, CM Punk vs Chris Jericho will always come a distant runner-up in the star power stakes, so it seems to me that the WWE have settled on a business strategy of using the world title as a way of sexing up a midcard match, as opposed to being the focal point of the promotion's major storylines. It's a pity they can't use the rare presence of major stars and attention-grabbing feuds that appeal to the casual audience to try and get back some of the prestige the world title has lost over the last decade.

3) Vicky Guerrero: I watch WWE mostly on youtube these days, so I haven't had the misfortune to see any segments featuring her recently. Still, the fact she's still around annoys me, and I need three in this section.
