That's just reminded me of the advert I saw on a porn tube site the other day for cock growth (of course) - a bit of a confusing penis enlargement banner because the slogan was "like steriods, for your dick!", where obviously the known assocication for steroids/junk size is a negative one. They didn't think that one through..

I don't see what's with this attitude of "he's big, must be roids!". When he was full-time with WWE he was on the road non-stop and he was still massive, these days he gets even more time to concentrate on his body. More time spent working out and eating correctly = you get bigger. He's no bigger than competitive bodybuilders who get drug tested regularly. It's not impossible to be that big without juicing up.

I think you're the most naive guy on this forum.
Not really. I'm not saying "THERE IS NO WAY DWAYNE IS ON ROIDS!", I'm just suggesting the possibility that it really is down to hard work, superb diet, and that The Rock is a superhuman. I'm not sure why that would be super hard to believe.

Of course it's down to hard work & superb diet - nobody is denying that at all - you need all that too. But those alone don't maintain that sort of muscle mass. It's hard work & dedication + strict diet + steroids.

Actually hard work and superb diet alone can maintain that sort of muscle mass with the right dedication and commitment. Apparently most days he's awake at 4am, if he's eating every 2-3 hours then he's probably getting about 8-10 meals a day along with bodybuilding supplements like whey protein, creatine etc. He's probably getting about 300g of protein a day which, presuming he's about 260lbs at the moment, is a fair bit more than suggested for muscle gain. Not to mention he's probably been training for about 22 years. If you're training for that long without extended periods off the weights, you will get bigger.

Yes, with a long history of steroid use. And of course, when he wasn't training hard on the weights when he ruptured his Achilles and slimmed down to the weight of Carlton Palmer. The whole "he's up at 4am" thing isn't really relevant, when the reason he gets up is to actually work. He isn't up at 4am to achieve the goal of looking like Superstar Graham. He's up a 4am to act, read through scripts, edit, rehearse and the other million things he does during the day. That point you made might be relevant if he was a career bodybuilder, but he isn't. He's a former American Football player, Hollywood actor and professional wrestler, and past steroid user. Put them all together and pin it next to a picture of what he currently looks like and the bloke is on something.I do like that you have a picture in your sig of a bloke on two Wellness Policy strikes, though.
