Patrick "Madman" Kelly
All i know that there is no way what steoids he is on or HGH that he could have made massive gains people are claiming in between WM28 and making Pain and Gain. I think its just the way the camera has caught him.
CiderBag
I quite fancy getting all jacked up. It would be pretty badass. What would the side effects be, apart from have to spend thousands of pounds on a new wardrobe?A small cock.
Moderators Chest Rockwell Posted May 8, 2012 Moderators Share Posted May 8, 2012 Is this true? It's pretty small as it is. If it gets any smaller, I'll almost certainly get roid rage and split some wigs. It'd be safer for everyone if I didn't, I guess.
David
Save your pennies and opt for HGH instead. It's much better than anabolic steroids.
Moderators Chest Rockwell Posted May 8, 2012 Moderators Share Posted May 8, 2012 Is that a typo, or will HGH still have the same effect on my John Thomas?
David
Is that a typo, or will HGH still have the same effect on my John Thomas? No, as far as I know HGH doesn't have the same effect on your manparts that steroids do.
Moderators Chest Rockwell Posted May 8, 2012 Moderators Share Posted May 8, 2012 That's just reminded me of the advert I saw on a porn tube site the other day for cock growth (of course) - a bit of a confusing penis enlargement banner because the slogan was "like steriods, for your dick!", where obviously the known assocication for steroids/junk size is a negative one. They didn't think that one through.. wisewords
The Rock has taken many Steriods.
Ravenhill Promotions
Even if the guy is on steroids or HGH, he still has to work incredibly hard and diet properly to get that sort of physique. He looks awesome at the moment!
Slapnut
I don't see what's with this attitude of "he's big, must be roids!". When he was full-time with WWE he was on the road non-stop and he was still massive, these days he gets even more time to concentrate on his body. More time spent working out and eating correctly = you get bigger. He's no bigger than competitive bodybuilders who get drug tested regularly. It's not impossible to be that big without juicing up.I think you're the most naive guy on this forum. Not really. I'm not saying "THERE IS NO WAY DWAYNE IS ON ROIDS!", I'm just suggesting the possibility that it really is down to hard work, superb diet, and that The Rock is a superhuman. I'm not sure why that would be super hard to believe.

But those alone don't maintain that sort of muscle mass. It's hard work & dedication + strict diet + steroids.

Apparently most days he's awake at 4am, if he's eating every 2-3 hours then he's probably getting about 8-10 meals a day along with bodybuilding supplements like whey protein, creatine etc. He's probably getting about 300g of protein a day which, presuming he's about 260lbs at the moment, is a fair bit more than suggested for muscle gain. Not to mention he's probably been training for about 22 years. If you're training for that long without extended periods off the weights, you will get bigger. Paid Members IANdrewDiceClay Posted May 8, 2012 Paid Members Share Posted May 8, 2012 Not to mention he's probably been training for about 22 years.Yes, with a long history of steroid use. And of course, when he wasn't training hard on the weights when he ruptured his Achilles and slimmed down to the weight of Carlton Palmer. The whole "he's up at 4am" thing isn't really relevant, when the reason he gets up is to actually work. He isn't up at 4am to achieve the goal of looking like Superstar Graham. He's up a 4am to act, read through scripts, edit, rehearse and the other million things he does during the day. That point you made might be relevant if he was a career bodybuilder, but he isn't. He's a former American Football player, Hollywood actor and professional wrestler, and past steroid user. Put them all together and pin it next to a picture of what he currently looks like and the bloke is on something.I do like that you have a picture in your sig of a bloke on two Wellness Policy strikes, though.
