CM Punk becoming a minor celebrity for a minute was a good example of what Twitter can do, but the WWE's "trending worldwide" obsession has been embarrassing and TNA dedicating an entire PPV to Twitter was just horrible. The Internet is the only place where companies large and small can compete on a level playing field and I for one look forward to seeing wrestling embracing technology more. Â When Andre Baker died, somebody DM'd Wade Barrett about it, to which he recieved a message back saying "We will pass this message on to Mr Barrett".
