Will anyone be putting any results on

I know that Alpha Female won the PWEVE Title from Jenny Sjodin and Mandrews won the 4-way for the Scarlo Scholarship.

any idea of the draw Benny?

Don't know for sure, but found this pic (taken by Wayne Ingram) floating around which suggests they've managed to do pretty damn good:

That set-up looks superb.

I've also found out that the whole show should be available for free download tomorrow from wrestlecentral.tv

Brown retained, LDRS over Deano/Storm (who bookes that as the second match???), annoying Alliance promo, Alpha Female over little pale swedish girl (that was bad!), Spud over RJ (that was fun :-)).

Interval

Mark Anderws wins the title match, Leon Britannico new Lucha title holder (that experience was utterly weird!!!) and Resistance over Alliance with a Ref and a Special Ref who both were utterly blind...

It looks like they are still using the 16x16 ring. Shame. I know this is a 10+ year old debate and I know fine well how many valid reasons there are for using it. But still, the FWA is trying to become mainstream and for that you need a mainstream ring, or else casual fans will look down on it. The fact that everything else looks great and that the show was probably great (I dig FWA) to me only magnifies the "size problem".

P.S.: If I'm wrong and it's the 18x18 ring feel free to insult me mercilessly!

Good show, not as great as Progress Wrestling last wek as the crowd and matches were more fractured and the high ceiling killed some atmoshere. Anyone who complained about the bar prices last week would of had a fit here. Good to see John Askins again although he has developed a 70s porn star/ Dr Who look and didn't rap.

Rampage Brown beat El Ligero and Nathan Cruz in a decent match that got the crowd involved. LDRs beat Allmark and Storm in a great match. Johnny Storm looked great mixing his usual stuff with new moves I havn't see him do before. Alliance interupted a video promoting Great Ormond Street?! and I thought Gilligan Gordon cut a good heat getting promo (primark suit!!). Alpha Female beat Jenny Sjodin in an OK match with a decent Big Woman/ little woman dynamic. Spud beat RJ Singh to qualify for something in the XWA. Good match although it was wierd seeing Spud as a face. Mark Andrews beat Xander Cooper, Sam Bailey and Wild Boar in a good Ladder match from guys I am not familiar with. I though Bailey looked best but other people near me loved Wild Boar.

Leon Brittanico beat Dark Brittanico, Metalico and Santi Something?. I thought the Lucha Brittannia match stole the show. It blended lucha, British wrestling and amazing high spots. Both the over the double clothesline huricanrana and the under the double clothesline rana were amazing. I think Santi was eXodus/ Blok Busta and he was great as both an imposing big man base and also doing amazing athletic moves for his size. I think Metalico was Burridge who I recently read was a shadow of his former self because of injuries. However, I think he has had more foreign parts inserted in him than his Baxter days and has been reborn as an amazing lucha cyborg: Metalico. Leon was Terry Frazier doing stuff I have never seen from him before, I don't know who Dark was but he was great. The ring card girl was hot as hell as well. I went in not knowing much about Lucha Britannia and left after chatting to some fans determined to go their show on the 22nd. Jack Gallagher beat Zander Gibson in a good match that had a subdued crowd. Doug Williams, Sha Samuels and Nick Bailey? beat Martin Stone, Joel Redman and Colossus Kennedy in a decent but over booked main event. Kennedy looked much better as a heel than he had last week as a face at Progress.

Fun show that continued my possitivity about the future of British wrestling.

Went to the show, my first BritWres one in about 7-8 years. It was OK, more of a showcase for the talent and promotions, rather than something that was going to have a lot of 5* classics on it.

Leroy Kincaides cut a promo with the Resistance in the early portion of the card then did a run-in during the main event and helped Doug Williams get the win.

I took a load of pics and will post a link sometime this week to them and will be reviewing on my blog and post a link to that as well.

From what I can recall. The triple threat opener was solid enough but suffered from what all triple threats do, they take turns in rotating the third guy who is on the outside doing nothing. Like the look of Rampage Brown.

The tag match was solid but the Extreme Dean fella really hurts it with his refusal to sell anything.

Promo between the Agenda and Resistance was good and built to the main event by saying Doug Williams had left the building and then had Colossus chokeslam one of the organisers.

The women's match was a mess, although Alpha Female did her best to keep it together and she has a fantastic look and aura about her.

Spud beat RJ Singh in a very entertaining bout, the guys who accompany Singh are an absolute scream.

Ladder match was an embarrassment and further proof that UK feds should stay away from that stipulation because none of them can get it right.

The Lucha Britannica match was the most professionally polished and presented and save for a couple of blown spots was the best match of the night.

Jack Gallagher and Zander Gibson put on an absolute snoozefest of a technical match that had no drama, no spots, nothing redeemable.

The six-man main saw Doug come out after all. It was completely overbooked and had plenty of bumps, swerves and run-ins but it was a change to anything else on the card, so it was fine as it was. Faces came out on top and now the Resistance can choose the next challenger to the FWA title.
