Paid Members JNLister Posted April 17, 2012 Paid Members Share Posted April 17, 2012 Couple of updates from the latest Observer radio show. The 1.3 million isn't a firm figure, but rather WWE making its own projection on the final figure (once late buys come in). The firm figures that are in suggest a final figure in the 1.22-1.26 million range but could be up or down on that -- WWE is intentionally taking the most optimistic view so they can appear beat the Trump show, but there's no confirmation that will happen. Â The breakdown looks to be around 750,000 in North America and 500,000 international. The international figure appears to be a record by some distance and looks to be down to Rock's worldwide popularity as most overseas buyrates for WWE have slumped badly in the past couple of years. The North American figure would be about sixth place for WrestleMania history and possibly as low as 8th for all wrestling PPVS. It would be behind WrestleMania V, the 1998-2001 boom period, and the Trump show.
